Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh motivasi belajar dan hasil belajar mata pelajaran produktif terhadap minat berkarir di bidang ritel dengan dimediasi oleh self efficacy. Penelitian ini dilakukan di SMKN 6 dan SMKN 15 Jakarta dengan menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif dan metode survey, teknik pengambilan sampel menggunakan teknik simple random sampling. Total sampel yang digunakan pada penelitian ini berjumlah 105 siswa dan data yang digunakan akan diolah dengan menggunakan software SmartPLS 4. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukan bahwa: Pertama, motivasi belajar berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap minat berkarir. Kedua, hasil belajar tidak berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap minat berkarir. Ketiga, self efficacy berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap minat berkarir. Keempat, motivasi belajar berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap self efficacy. Kelima, hasil belajar tidak berpengaruh positif dan signidikan terhadap self efficacy. Keenam, motivasi belajar berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap minat berkarir melalui self efficacy. Ketujuh, hasil belajar tidak berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap minat berkarir melalui self efficacy. ***** This study aims to determine the influence of learning motivation and learning outcomes of productive subjects on career interest in retail by being mediated by self efficacy. This research was conducted at SMKN 6 and SMKN 15 Jakarta using a quantitative approach and survey method, sampling techniques using simple random sampling techniques. The total sample used in this study is 105 students and the data used will be processed using SmartPLS 4 software. The results of this study show that: First, learning motivation has a positive and significant effect on career interest. Second, learning outcomes do not have a positive and significant effect on career interest. Third, self-efficacy has a positive and significant effect on career interest. Fourth, learning motivation has a positive and significant effect on self-efficacy. Fifth, learning outcomes do not have a positive and significant effect on self-efficacy. Sixth, learning motivation has a positive and significant effect on career interest through self-efficacy. Seventh, learning outcomes do not have a positive and significant effect on career interest through self-efficacy.
