Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mendeskripsikan manajemen sekolah dalam mengembangkan kultur beragama yang meliputi perencanaan, pengorganisasian, pelaksanaan, dan pengawasan (controlling). Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan deskriptif kualitatif. Sumber data dalam penelitian ini terdiri dari data primer dan data sekunder. Teknik pengumpulan data dilakukan melalui observasi, wawancara, dan dokumentasi. Analisis data dilakukan melalui tahapan reduksi data, penyajian data, dan penarikan kesimpulan. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa manajemen sekolah dalam mengembangkan kultur beragama dilaksanakan melalui beberapa tahapan. Pertama, perencanaan dilakukan melalui rapat tahunan pada awal tahun ajaran baru untuk merumuskan berbagai kegiatan pembiasaan keagamaan di sekolah. Kedua, pengorganisasian dilakukan dengan pembagian tugas dan tanggung jawab kepada seluruh warga sekolah sesuai dengan peran masing-masing. Ketiga, pelaksanaan kultur beragama diwujudkan melalui kegiatan pembiasaan keagamaan seperti penerapan budaya senyum, salam, sapa, sopan, santun (5S) antara siswa dan guru setiap pagi, tadarus Al-Qur’an sebelum pembelajaran dimulai, salat Zuhur berjamaah yang dilanjutkan dengan kultum oleh siswa, serta pelaksanaan salat Dhuha berjamaah. Keempat, pengawasan dilakukan melalui pemantauan langsung oleh guru, penggunaan jurnal salat, serta evaluasi melalui rapat bulanan untuk menilai ketercapaian kegiatan dan menentukan tindak lanjut perbaikan. ***** This study aims to describe school management in developing a religious culture, including planning, organization, implementation, and monitoring (control). This study uses a qualitative descriptive approach. Data sources in this study consist of primary and secondary data. Data collection techniques were conducted through observation, interviews, and documentation. Data analysis was carried out through the stages of data reduction, data presentation, and drawing conclusions. The results show that school management in developing a religious culture is implemented through several stages. First, planning is carried out through an annual meeting at the beginning of the new school year to formulate various religious habituation activities at school. Second, organization is carried out by dividing tasks and responsibilities among all school members according to their respective roles. Third, the implementation of a religious culture is realized through religious habituation activities such as the implementation of the 5S (smile, greet, greet, be polite, and be courteous) culture between students and teachers every morning, Quran recitation before the start of class, congregational Dhuhr prayer followed by a student sermon, and congregational Dhuha prayer. Fourth, supervision is carried out through direct monitoring by teachers, the use of prayer journals, and evaluation through monthly meetings to assess the achievement of activities and determine follow-up improvements.
