Abstract

Perjuangan pesantren untuk menjadi lembaga pendidikan islam yang berkualitas, dan bermartabat tidaklah mudah. Sebagai Lembaga pendidikan tertua di Indonesia, pesantren terus bertransformasi. Pesantren ramah anak adalah salah satu upaya pesantren dalam rangka meningkatkan mutu pendidikan pesantren. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk membuat suatu model manajemen pesantren ramah anak dalam upaya mencegah perilaku kekerasan di pesantren dengan melihat kepada rancangan model yang sudah ada baik berupa rencana strategis atau program yang selama ini dilakukan. Metode yang digunakan adalah kualitatif dengan jenis studi kasus. Pengumpulan data dilakukan melalui observasi, wawancara dan dokumentasi. Analisis data meliputi pengumpulan data, reduksi data, penyajian data, kesimpulan dan verifikasi. Pengecekan keabsahan data menggunakan kredibilitas, transferabilitas, dependibilitas dan konfirmabilitas. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa model manajemen pesantren ramah anak di Pesantren Darul Muttaqien, Darunnajah, dan Pesantren Sahid dalam mencegah dan menyelesaikan tindakan kekerasan memiliki pendekatan sistematis yang mencakup perencanaan, pengorganisasian, pelaksanaan, pengawasan, dan evaluasi. Pada tahap perencanaan, ketiga pesantren menyusun kebijakan berbasis nilai Islam dan perundangan perlindungan anak, serta melibatkan seluruh stakeholder dalam proses perumusan kebijakan. Perbedaan terlihat pada Pesantren Sahid yang meniadakan pengurus santri guna meminimalkan potensi kekerasan antar santri. Dalam pengorganisasian, ketiga pesantren memiliki struktur yang jelas, meskipun Pesantren Sahid tidak menggunakan organisasi santri seperti OSDC. Pada pelaksanaan, seluruh pesantren mengintegrasikan nilai-nilai anti kekerasan dalam pendidikan akademik dan pengasuhan karakter, dengan pengawasan berlapis melalui keterlibatan guru, CCTV, dan aturan tegas. Tindak lanjut dilakukan melalui evaluasi sistematis yang menjadi dasar untuk penyusunan program lanjutan, termasuk perbaikan pembelajaran, fasilitas, dan pengasuhan. Selain itu, sinergi dengan keluarga santri menjadi bagian penting dalam mendukung keberhasilan implementasi model ini, meskipun intensitas keterlibatan orang tua berbeda di setiap pesantren, dengan Pesantren Sahid yang memiliki pendekatan paling intensif. Temuan ini mengimplikasikan bahwa manajemen pesantren ramah anak yang terstruktur dan melibatkan semua pihak efektif mencegah kekerasan. Model ini dapat dijadikan acuan bagi pesantren lain untuk menciptakan lingkungan pendidikan yang aman dan berpihak pada perlindungan anak. As the oldest educational institution in Indonesia, Islamic boarding schools continue to transform. Child-friendly Islamic boarding schools are one of the efforts of Islamic boarding schools to improve the quality of Islamic boarding school education. This study aims to create a childfriendly Islamic boarding school management model in an effort to prevent violent behavior in Islamic boarding schools by looking at existing model designs in the form of strategic plans or programs that have been implemented. The method used is a qualitative case study. Data collection was carried out through observation, interviews and documentation. Data analysis includes data collection, data reduction, data presentation, conclusions and verification. Checking the validity of the data uses credibility, transferability, dependability and confirmability. The results of the study indicate that the child-friendly Islamic boarding school management model at Islamic boarding schools Darul Muttaqien, Darunnajah, and Sahid in preventing and resolving acts of violence has a systematic approach that includes planning, organizing, implementing, monitoring, and evaluating. During the planning stage, all three Islamic boarding schools developed policies based on Islamic values and child protection legislation, and involved all stakeholders in the policy formulation process. A notable difference is that Sahid Islamic Boarding School eliminated student administrators to minimize the potential for violence between students. In terms of organization, all three Islamic boarding schools have a clear structure, although Sahid Islamic Boarding School does not use a student organization like OSDC. In practice, all Islamic boarding schools integrate antiviolence values into academic education and character development, with multilayered supervision through teacher involvement, CCTV, and strict rules. Followup is carried out through systematic evaluations that form the basis for developing follow-up programs, including improvements to learning, facilities, and parenting. Furthermore, synergy with students' families is crucial to supporting the successful implementation of this model, although the intensity of parental involvement varies across Islamic boarding schools, with Sahid Islamic Boarding School having the most intensive approach. These findings imply that structured, multi-stakeholder management of child-friendly Islamic boarding schools is effective in preventing violence. This model can serve as a reference for other Islamic boarding schools in creating a safe and child-protective educational environment.
