Abstract
Penelitian ini bertujuan mendeskripsikan implementasi Program Gerakan Numerasi Nasional (GNN) di SDN Meruya Selatan 04 Pagi dengan pendekatan kualitatif metode deskriptif. Data dikumpulkan melalui observasi, wawancara, dan studi dokumentasi terhadap kepala sekolah, wakil kepala sekolah, dan guru. Fokus penelitian meliputi kerangka kebijakan, kesiapan sumber daya, mekanisme, dampak budaya numerasi, serta faktor pendukung dan penghambat program. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan: 1) Kerangka kebijakan implementasi Program GNN diterapkan berdasarkan kebijakan Kemendikdasmen dan didukung oleh kegiatan numerasi sekolah. 2) Kesiapan sumber daya sekolah seperti dukungan kepala sekolah, keterlibatan guru, serta tersedianya fasilitas pendukung numerasi sudah baik. 3) Mekanisme implementasi melalui tahap perencanaan, pelaksanaan, monitoring, dan evaluasi yang terintegrasi dalam pembelajaran sekolah. 4) Implementasi Program GNN memberikan dampak positif terhadap budaya numerasi sekolah, terlihat meningkatnya antusiasme siswa, keterlibatan warga sekolah, serta pembiasaan penggunaan numerasi dalam pembelajaran. 5) Faktor pendukung implementasi program meliputi dukungan kebijakan sekolah, kerja sama warga sekolah, dan fasilitas memadai. Faktor penghambat meliputi keterbatasan pendanaan program, perbedaan kemampuan siswa, serta keterbatasan waktu pelaksanaan. ***** This study aims to describe the implementation of the National Numeracy Movement Program (GNN) at SDN Meruya Selatan 04 Pagi with a qualitative approach of descriptive methods. Data was collected through observations, interviews, and documentation studies of principals, vice principals, and teachers. The research focus includes policy frameworks, resource readiness, mechanisms, the impact of numeracy culture, as well as supporting and inhibiting factors of the program. The results of the study showed: 1) The policy framework for the implementation of the GNN Program is implemented based on the policies of the Ministry of Education and supported by school numeracy activities. 2) The readiness of school resources such as the support of the principal, the involvement of teachers, and the availability of numeracy support facilities are good. 3) Implementation mechanism through planning, implementation, monitoring, and evaluation stages that are integrated in school learning. 4) The implementation of the GNN Program has a positive impact on school numeracy culture, seen in increasing student enthusiasm, school community involvement, and habituation of the use of numeracy in learning. 5) Supporting factors for program implementation include school policy support, cooperation from school residents, and adequate facilities. Inhibiting factors include limited program funding, differences in student abilities, and limited implementation time.
