Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pengaruh pemanfaatan platform Ruang Guru dan Tenaga Kependidikan terhadap literasi digital guru di SMA Negeri Kecamatan Jagakarsa, Jakarta Selatan. Penelitian kuantitatif dengan metode survei ini menempatkan pemanfaatan platform Ruang Guru dan Tenaga Kependidikan sebagai variabel bebas (X) dan literasi digital guru sebagai variabel terikat (Y). Populasi dalam penelitian ini berjumlah 145 guru, dengan sampel sebanyak 106 responden yang ditentukan dengan menggunakan rumus Slovin dan teknik proportional random sampling. Pengumpulan data dilakukan melalui kuesioner berskala Likert yang dianalisis menggunakan program SPSS. Hasil uji prasyarat menunjukkan bahwa data berdistribusi normal dengan nilai signifikansi 0,200 serta memiliki hubungan yang linear dengan nilai deviation from linearity sebesar 0,401. Analisis regresi linear sederhana menghasilkan persamaan Ŷ = 31,179 + 0,850 X, dengan nilai koefisien determinasi sebesar 41,2%. Hal ini menunjukkan bahwa variabel pemanfaatan platform Ruang Guru dan Tenaga Kependidikan memberikan kontribusi sebesar 41,2% terhadap variabel literasi digital guru, sedangkan sisanya dipengaruhi oleh faktor lain di luar penelitian. Berdasarkan uji hipotesis (uji-t), ditemukan nilai thitung > ttabel (8,535 > 1,983) dengan signifikansi 0,000 < 0,05. Dengan demikian, dapat disimpulkan bahwa terdapat pengaruh positif dan signifikan antara pemanfaatan platform Ruang Guru dan Tenaga Kependidikan terhadap literasi digital guru di SMA Negeri Kecamatan Jagakarsa, Jakarta Selatan. ***** This study aims to analyze the effect of using the Ruang Guru and Tenaga Kependidikan platforms on teachers' digital literacy at public high schools in the Jagakarsa District, South Jakarta. This quantitative survey-based research treats the use of Ruang Guru and Tenaga Kependidikan platforms as the independent variable (X) and teachers' digital literacy as the dependent variable (Y). The population in this study consists of 145 teachers, with a sample of 106 respondents determined using the Slovin formula and proportional random sampling technique. Data collection was carried out through a Likert-scale questionnaire which was analyzed using SPSS. The prerequisite tests showed that the data were normally distributed with a significance value of 0,200 and had a linear relationship with a deviation from linearity value of 0,401. Simple linear regression analysis produced the equation Ŷ = 31,179 + 0,850 X, with a coefficient of determination of 41,2%. This indicates that the use of the Ruang Guru and Tenaga Kependidikan platform contributes 41,2% to teachers' digital literacy, while the rest is influenced by other factors outside the study. Based on the hypothesis test (t-test), it was found that the calculated t-value > t-table (8,535 > 1,983) with a significance of 0,000 < 0,05. Therefore, it can be concluded that there is a positive and significant effect of using the Ruang Guru platform and educational staff on teachers' digital literacy at high schools in the Jagakarsa District, South Jakarta.
