Abstract

Penelitian pengembangan ini menghasilkan produk berupa video tutorial interaktif untuk meningkatkan kompetensi perhitungan angka kredit bagi pegawai Sub Tim SDM dan Ketatalaksanaan Direktorat SMP Kemendikdasmen RI. Pengembangan dilakukan menggunakan model Hannafin dan Peck yang terdiri atas tiga fase, yaitu analisis kebutuhan, desain, serta pengembangan dan implementasi, dengan evaluasi dan revisi yang dilakukan di setiap fasenya. Video tutorial interaktif ini telah melalui tahap evaluasi formatif oleh ahli materi, ahli desain pembelajaran, dan ahli media. Hasil evaluasi menunjukkan bahwa video tutorial telah sesuai dengan regulasi yang berlaku, materi disajikan secara sistematis, serta tampilan media, kualitas audio, dan fitur simulasi mendukung proses pembelajaran. Selanjutnya, pada tahap uji coba pengguna, dilakukan secara one-to-one yang melibatkan tiga pegawai Sub Tim SDM dan Ketatalaksanaan, yang mayoritas menunjukkan respon positif yaitu video tutorial mudah dipahami, penyajian materi runtut, tampilan menarik, dan simulasi membantu pengguna memahami proses perhitungan angka kredit. Kemudian, pada uji coba small group yang melibatkan enam pegawai Sub Tim SDM dan Ketatalaksanaan, memperoleh skor rata-rata 3,80 dengan kategori sangat baik. Berdasarkan hasil tersebut, dapat disimpulkan bahwa produk video tutorial interaktif ini dinilai sangat baik sebagai media pembelajaran untuk meningkatkan kompetensi perhitungan angka kredit bagi pegawai Sub Tim SDM dan Ketatalaksanaan Direktorat SMP Kemendikdasmen RI. Kata Kunci: Perhitungan Angka Kredit, Jabatan Fungsional, Model Hannafin and Peck, Video Tutorial Interaktif ***** This research and development study produced an interactive video tutorial designed to enhance the competency of credit point calculation among the staff of the Human Resources and Administration Sub-Team at the Directorate of Junior High Schools, the Ministry of Primary and Secondary Education of the Republic of Indonesia. The product was developed using the Hannafin and Peck model, which consists of three phases: needs assessment, design, and development and implementation, with evaluation and revision conducted throughout each phase. The product underwent formative evaluation by subject matter experts, instructional design experts, and media experts. The evaluation results indicated that it complied with the applicable regulations, presented the material systematically, and featured appropriate media design, audio quality, and simulation features that effectively supported the learning process. Furthermore, a one-to-one user trial involving three staff members revealed predominantly positive responses, indicating that the tutorial was easy to understand, the material was presented in a logical sequence, the visual design was engaging, and the simulations facilitated users' understanding of the credit point calculation process. Subsequently, a small-group trial involving six staff members yielded an average score of 3.80, which was categorized as excellent. Based on these findings, it can be concluded that the developed product is highly appropriate as a learning medium for improving the competency of credit point calculation among the staff of the Human Resources and Administration Sub-Team at the Directorate of Junior High Schools, the Ministry of Primary and Secondary Education of the Republic of Indonesia.
