Abstract

ABSTRAK Tujuan penelitian ini yaitu mengevaluasi landasan yuridis formal, analisis kebutuhan, visi, misi, dan tujuan, kemudian mengevaluasi kurikulum, keuangan, tenaga pendidik dan kependidikan, siswa, sarana & prasarana serta mengevaluasi proses pelaksanaan dan pencapaian pengelolaan suatu program Manajemen Berbasis Sekolah yang sudah diimplementasikan di SMAN 61 Jakarta. Penelitian ini dilaksanakan di SMAN 61 Jakarta selama 12 bulan sejak Maret 2018 sampai dengan Februari 2019. Penelitian ini mengunakan metode evaluasi program model pendekatan CIPP (Context, Input, Process, Product) dari Stufflebeam dengan menggunakan pengumpulan data melalui observasi, wawancara semi-terstruktur dan studi dokumentasi yang dianalisis dalam tiga tahap yaitu pendataan, pengkodean, dan kategorisasi berdasarkan kajian teori yang digunakan. Hasil penelitian menunjukan bahwa evaluasi implementasi MBS pada aspek landasan yuridis formal, analisis kebutuhan, visi, misi dan tujuan sudah sesuai dengan standar yang ditetapkan terutama dari aspek legalitas formal sudah memiliki landasan hukum yang cukup kuat. Begitu juga pada aspek kurikulum, keuangan, tenaga pendidik dan kependidikan, siswa, sarana & prasarana pelaksanaannya sudah sesuai dengan standar yang telah ditetapkan. Secara keseluruhan proses pelaksanaan Manajemen Berbasis Sekolah dapat dikategorikan sangat baik. Dan pada aspek hasil / produk dari implementasi program Manajemen Berbasis Sekolah dapat dikategorikan sangat baik atau lebih dari standar. Kata kunci: Evaluasi program, CIPP, MBS ************************** The purpose of this study wasto evaluate the formal juridical foundation, analysis of needs, vision, mission, and objectives, then evaluate the curriculum, finance, teaching staff and education, students, facilities & infrastructure and also evaluate process and resullt ofthe School-Based Management Program that has been implemented at SMAN 61 Jakarta. This research wasconducted at SMAN 61 Jakarta for 12 months from March 2018 to February 2019. This studyuseda program evaluation method model of CIPP (Context, Input, Process, Product) from Stufflebeam using data collection through observation, semi-structuredinterviewsand study documentation analyzed in three stages, namely data collection, coding, and categorization based on the study of theory used. The results showed that the evaluation of the implementation of SBM on the aspects of formal juridical base, analysis of needs, vision, mission and objectives were in accordance with established standards, especially from the aspect of formal legality it had a fairly strong legal foundation. Likewise in the aspects of curriculum, finance, teaching and education staff, students, facilities and infrastructure implementation is in accordance with established standards. Overall the process of implementing School Based Management can be categorized very well. And the aspects of the results / products from the implementation of the School Based Management program can be categorized as very good or more than the standard.
