Abstract
ABSTRAK Dinda Ayu Puspita, 2020: Pengaruh Gaya Kepemimpinan dan Lingkungan Kerja terhadap Kinerja Karyawan pada PT. Bank Rakyat Indonesia Unit X. Skripsi, Jakarta: Program Studi Strata 1 Manajemen, Fakultas Ekonomi, Universitas Negeri Jakarta Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui: (1) Deskripsi gaya kepemimpinan, lingkungan kerja terhadap kinerja karyawan pada PT. Bank Rakyat Indonesia Unit X, (2) Pengaruh gaya kepemimpinan terhadap kinerja karyawan pada PT. Bank Rakyat Indonesia Unit X, (3) Pengaruh lingkungan kerja terhadap kinerja karyawan pada PT. Bank Rakyat Indonesia Unit X. Penelitian ini mengambil sampel sebanyak 104 karyawan PT. Bank Rakyat Indonesia Unit X. Penelitian ini menggunakan analisis deskriptif dan explanatory. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa: (1) gaya kepemimpinan memiliki pengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan pada PT. Bank Rakyat Indonesia Unit X, (2) lingkungan kerja memiliki pengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan pada PT. Bank Rakyat Indonesia Unit X. Bank Rakyat Indonesia Unit X, (2) Effect of leadership styles on employee of PT. Bank Rakyat Indonesia Unit X, (3) The influence of work environment on the performance of employees of PT. Bank Rakyat Indonesia Unit X. This study took a sample of 104 employees of PT. Bank Rakyat Indonesia Unit X. This study uses descriptive and explanatory analysis. The results of this study indicate that: (1) leadership styles has a positive and significant effect on employee performance of PT. Bank Rakyat Indonesia Unit X, (2) work environment has a positive and significant effect on the performance of employees of PT. Bank Rakyat Indonesia Unit X.
