Abstract
Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk memberikan gambaran tentang kebijakan work from home dalam mencegah penyebaran virus COVID-19. Metode penelitian yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah metode penelitian kualitatif. Pada penelitian ini peneliti menggunakan penelitian kualitatif deskriptif yaitu Social Network Analysis (SNA) yang bertujuan untuk menganalisis unggahan tweets dari pengguna twitter tentang stres saat work from home. Social Network Analysis (SNA) dapat dideskripsikan sebagai sebuah studi yang mempelajari tentang hubungan manusia dengan memanfaatkan teori graf. Penelitian dilakukan pada bulan Maret 2020 dengan cara mengambil data berupa tweet yang diunggah tentang work from home dan subjek penelitian ini adalah pengguna media sosial twitter. Analisi data menggunakan aplikasi MAXQDA 2018 dan Gephi 0.92. Hasil Penelitian didapatkan bahwa kebijakan work from home memberikan kefleksibelan dalam bekerja namun kefleksibelan membuat pekerjaan semakin tertunda dan tidak memiliki kefektifan seperti di kantor sehingga penumpukan pekerjaan membuat stress. Kehilangan motivasi menjadi kekurangan work from home yang paling banyak ditemukan. This study aims to provide an overview of work from home policies in preventing the spread of the COVID-19 virus. The research method used in this study is a qualitative research method. In this study, researchers used a descriptive qualitative research that is Social Network Analysis (SNA) which aims to analyze the uploads of tweets from Twitter users about stress when working from home. Social Network Analysis (SNA) can be described as a study that studies human relations by utilizing graph theory. The study was conducted in March 2020 by taking data in the form of tweets uploaded about work from home and the subject of this study was Twitter social media users. Data analysis uses the application MAXQDA 2018 and Gephi 0.92. The results showed that the work from home policy provides flexibility in work but this flexibility actually makes work more delayed and does not have the effectiveness of being in an office so that the accumulation of work creates stress. Loss of motivation is the most common lack of work from home.
