Abstract

Tujuan penelitian ini untuk mengetahui dan menganalisis pengaruh:1) Gaya kepemimpinan, kesejahteraan dan iklim kerja terhadap kinerja pegawai 2) Gaya kepemimpinan dan kesejahteraan terhadap Iklim Kerja. 3) Gaya Kepemimpinan terhadap kesejahteraan. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini analisis jalur dengan menggunakan program komputer SPSS 22.00 Jumlah populasi 60 pegawai (N=60) semua dijadikan sampel (n=60) dengan taraf kesalahan 5% (0,05). Data dikumpulkan berdasarkan kuesioner dengan skala likert. Hasil Penelitian menunjukkan bahwa terdapat konstribusi langsung: 1) Gaya kepemimpinan, kesejahteraan dan Iklim Kerja terhadap kinerja pegawai. 2)Gaya kepemimpinan dan kesejahteraan terhadap iklim kerja. 3) Gaya kepemimpinan terhadap kesejahteraan. Secara keseluruhan gaya kepemimpinan, kesejahteraan, iklim kerja mempunyai pengaruh positif dan sangat kuat terhadap kinerja pegawai. Dari hasil tersebut menunjukkan pentingnya peningkatkan kualitas gaya kepemimpinan, kesejahteraan dan iklim kerja untuk meningkatkan kinerja pegawai pada Balai Diklat Keagamaan Manado.*****The aim of this study is to observe and analyze the influence of: 1) Leadership Style, Welfare, and Work Climate on thePerformance of Employees. 2) Style of Leadership and Welfare on Work Climate. 3) Style of Leadership on the Welfareof ManadoReligious Education and Training Center. The method used in this research is path analysis by calculating program computer SPSS 22.00.The population of this study was 60 employees (N = 60), and all of these employees were sampled (n = 60) with an error rate of 5% (0.05). Data was collected based on questionnaire withLikert scale. The results of this study showed that there are direct contributions between: 1) Leadership Style, Welfare, and Work Climate on EmployeesPerformance. 2) Leadership Style and Welfare on Work Climate. 3) Leadership Style on Welfare.Overall,Leadership style, Welfare, and Work Climate have a positive and very strong influence on EmployeesPerformance. These results showed the importance of improving the quality of Leadership Styles, Welfare, and Work Climate to improve the Performance of Employees in Manado Religious Education and Training Center.
