Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mendeskripsikan kepemimpinan transformasional kepala sekolah, kinerja guru dan menguji hubungan kepemimpinan transformasional kepala sekolah dengan kinerja guru ekonomi SMA Negeri di Jakarta utara. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode survei. Pengamatan terhadap SMA negeri dilakukan melalui sensus. Pengumpulan data menggunakan kuesioner, sedangkan metode analisis menggunakan analisis statistik deskriptif dan korelasi. Dalam penelitian ini yang menjadi populasi adalah seluruh guru ekonomi di SMA Negeri di Jakarta Utara yaitu, sebanyak 39 guru. Hasil analisis data sebagai berikut: semua variabel dalam penelitian ini berdistribusi normal dan memenuhi asumsi linieritas. Persamaan regresi yang di peroleh Ŷ = 80,25 + 0,478X. Uji koefisien regresi menggunakan table ANAVA. Uji keberartian koefisien Korelasi dengan menggunakan uji t. Hasil perhitungan diperoleh thitung sebesar 4,59 sedangkan ttabel sebesar 1,68 maka thitung > ttabel, yaitu 4,59 > 1,68. Hal ini menunjukkan variabel X berhubungan dengan variabel Y. Uji koefisien determinasi menghasilkan rxy2 = 0,3627 hal ini menunjukkan bahwa 36,27% variabel Y berhubungan dengan Variabel X. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian ini dapat disimpulakan bahwa ada hubungan kepemimpinan transformasional kepala sekolah dengan kinerja guru ekonomi. ************ This study aimed to describe the principal transformational leadership, teacher performance and examine the relationship of transformational leadership with the principal economic teacher performance high schools in North Jakarta. This study used a survey method. Observation of the state high school census carried through. Collecting data using a questionnaire, while the methods of analysis using descriptive statistics and correlation analysis. In this study, the entire population is economics teacher in high schools in North Jakarta, namely, a total of 39 teachers. The results of the data analysis as follows: all variables in this study meet the assumption of normal distribution and linearity. Regression equation that was obtained Y = 80.25 + 0.478 X. Regression coefficient test using ANOVA tables. Testing the significance of correlation coefficients using the t test. The results of the calculations obtained t of 1.68 to 4.59 while ttable then tcount > ttable, ie 4.59 > 1.68. This shows the variable X associated with variable Y. Test coefficient of determination = 0.3627 produces rxy2 this shows that 36.27% variable Y associated with variable X. Based on the results of this study can that there is a relationship of transformational leadership with the principal economic performance of teachers.
