Abstract
Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh dari insentif dan motivasi terhadap kinerja guru Madrasah Ibtidaiyah Swasta di Kota Jakarta Utara. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode survei dengan pendekatan kuantitatif menggunakan teknik analisis jalur. Data penelitian diperoleh dengan kuesioner. Survei melibatkan 84 guru sebagai sampel dengan menggunakan teknik cluster random sampling. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan: 1) Terdapat pengaruh langsung positif insentif terhadap kinerja guru dengan nilai koefisien jalur sebesar 0,394 dan nilai koefisien thitung sebesar 4,20, 2) Terdapat pengaruh langsung positif motivasi terhadap kinerja guru dengan nilai koefisien jalur sebesar 0,331 dan nilai koefisien thitung sebesar 3,53, dan 3) Terdapat pengaruh langsung insentif terhadap motivasi dengan nilai koefisien jalur sebesar 0,250 dan nilai koefisien thitung sebesar 2,34. Oleh karena ketiga nilai koefisien thitung lebih besar dari nilai ttabel,maka dengan demikian H0 ditolak dan Ha diterima yaitu bahwa insentif berpengaruh langsung positif terhadap kinerja, motivasi berpengaruh langsung terhadap kinerja, dan insentif berpengaruh langsung terhadap motivasi.********** This study aims to determine the effect of incentives and motivation on the performance of private Madrasah Ibtidaiyah teachers in North Jakarta. This study used a survey method with a quantitative approach using path analysis techniques. The research data were obtained by means of a questionnaire. The survey involved 84 teachers as a sample using cluster random sampling technique. The results showed: 1) There is a positive direct effect of incentives on teacher performance with a path coefficient value of 0,394 and a coefficient of tcount of 4,20, 2) There is a positive direct effect of motivation on teacher performance with a path coefficient value of 0,331 and a coefficient of tcount of 3,53, and 3) There is a direct effect of incentives on motivation with a path coefficient of 0,250 and a coefficient of tcount of 2,34. Because the three values of the coefficient of t count are greater than the value of t table, thus H0 is rejected and Ha is accepted, namely that incentives have a direct positive effect on performance, motivation has a direct effect on performance, and incentives have a direct effect on motivation.
