Abstract
Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah: untuk mengetahui (1) Deskripsi atau gambaran umum dari lingkungan kerja, kerjasama tim, dan kepuasan kerja pada karyawan industri pertelevisian di Jakarta Selatan, (2) Pengaruh lingkungan kerja terhadap kepuasan kerja pada karyawan industri pertelevisian di Jakarta Selatan, (3) Pengaruh kerjasama tim terhadap kepuasan kerja kepuasan kerja pada karyawan industri pertelevisian di Jakarta Selatan, (4) Pengaruh lingkungan kerja dan kerjasama tim terhadap kepuasan kerja pada karyawan industri pertelevisian di Jakarta Selatan. Penelitian ini dilakukan pada 125 karyawan pertelevisian di Jakarta Selatan. Teknik yang digunakan dalam pengumpulan data yaitu dengan metode survey dengan cara menyebar kuesioner kemudian diolah menggunakan program SPSS 24. Penelitian ini menggunakan analisis deskriptif. Hasil yang didapat dari regresi menunjukan bahwa terdapat pengaruh yang positif dan signifikan antara lingkungan kerja terhadap kepuasan kerja, terdapat pengaruh positif dan signifikan kerjasama tim terhadap kepuasan kerja, serta terdapat pengaruh positif dan signifikan lingkungan kerja dan kerjasama tim terhadap kepuasan kerja pada karyawan industri pertelevisian di Jakarta Selatan. Dengan nilai Fhitung > Ftabel (60,207 > 3,07), dan nilai signifikansi yang diperoleh sebesar (0,000 < 0,05).Kata Kunci: Lingkungan kerja, Kerjasama tim, Kepuasan kerja The purpose of this study are : To know 1) A general description or description of the work environment, teamwork, and job satisfaction of the employees of the television industry in South Jakarta, 2) The influence of the work environment on job satisfaction of employees of the television industry in South Jakarta, 3) The influence of cooperation team on job satisfaction in television industry employees in South Jakarta, 4) The influence of work environment and teamwork on job satisfaction of employees of the television industry in South Jakarta. This research was conducted on 125 television employees in South Jakarta. The technique used in data collection is the survey method by distributing questionnaires and then processed using the SPSS 24 program. This research uses a descriptive analysis. The results obtained from the regression show that there is a positive and significant correlation between the work environment on job satisfaction, there is a positive and significant correlation between teamwork on job satisfaction, and there is a positive and significant correlation between work environment and teamwork on job satisfaction in television industry employees in South Jakarta. With the value of Fcount> Ftable (60.207> 3.07), and the obtained significance value is (0.000 <0.05).Keywords: Work Environment, Teamwork, Job Satisfaction
