Penelitian ini memiliki tujuan yaitu : (1) Deksripsi Knowledge Sharing, Servant Leadership, Organizational Culture dan Organizational Citizenship Behavior (OCB) Pada Pegawai Biro SDM Kantor Pusat Badan Pengawasan Keuangan Dan Pembangunan, (2) Pengaruh Knowledge Sharing Terhadap Organizational Citizenship Behavior (OCB) Pada Pegawai Biro SDM Kantor Pusat Badan Pengawasan Keuangan Dan Pembangunan, (3) Pengaruh Servant Leadership Terhadap Organizational Citizenship Behavior (OCB) Pada Pegawai Biro SDM Kantor Pusat Badan Pengawasan Keuangan Dan Pembangunan, (4) Pengaruh Organizational Culture Terhadap Organizational Citizenship Behavior (OCB) Pada Pegawai Biro SDM Kantor Pusat Badan Pengawasan Keuangan Dan Pembangunan, (5) Pengaruh Knowledge Sharing, Servant Leadership, Organizational Culture Terhadap Organizational Citizenship Behavior Pada Pegawai Biro SDM Kantor Pusat Badan Pengawasan Keuangan Dan Pembangunan. Dalam melakukan penelitian ini, peneliti menggunakan sampel sebanyak 103 staff Biro Sumber Daya Manusia Kantor Pusat Badan Pengawasan Keuangan Dan Pembangunan. Teknik dalam mengumpulkan data, peneliti menggunakan metode survey dengan menyebarkan kuesioner kemudian melakukan pengolahan dengan program SPSS 24. Penelitian ini menggunakan analisis deksriptif dan explanatory research. Penelitian ini menunjukkan hasil bahwa terdapat pengaruh positif dan singnifikan pada knowledge sharing terhadap organizational citizenship behaviour, servant leadership terhadap organizational citizenship behaviour, organizational culture terhadap organizational citizenship behaviour serta adanya pengaruh knowledge sharing, servant leadership, organizational culture terhadap organizational citizenship behaviour Pada Pegawai Biro SDM Kantor Pusat Badan Pengawasan Keuangan Dan Pembangunan dengan nilai F hitung (22.244) > F tabel (2.696) dan signifikansi sebesar 0.000 < 0.05. Thesis, Jakarta: S1 Management Study Program, Faculty of Economics, State University of Jakarta This research has the objectives, namely: (1) Description of Knowledge Sharing, Servant Leadership, Organizational Culture and Organizational Citizenship Behavior (OCB) for the employees of the Human Resources Bureau Head Office Badan Pengawasan Keuangan Dan Pembangunan, (2) The Effect of Knowledge Sharing on Organizational Citizenship Behavior (OCB) Employees of the Human Resources Bureau Head Office Badan Pengawasan Keuangan Dan Pembangunan, (3) The Influence of Servant Leadership on Organizational Citizenship Behavior (OCB) on Human Resources Bureau Employees Head Office Badan Pengawasan Keuangan Dan Pembangunan, (4) The Influence of Organizational Culture on Organizational Citizenship Behavior (OCB) on Human Resources Bureau Employees of the Head Office Badan Pengawasan Keuangan Dan Pembangunan, (5) The Influence of Knowledge Sharing, Servant Leadership, Organizational Culture on Organizational Citizenship Behavior on the Employees of the Human Resources Bureau Head Office Badan Pengawasan Keuangan Dan Pembangunan. In conducting this research, researchers used a sample of 103 staff from the Bureau of Human Resources Head Office Badan Pengawasan Keuangan Dan Pembangunan. Techniques in collecting data, researchers used survey methods by distributing questionnaires and then processing with the SPSS 24 program. This study uses descriptive analysis and explanatory research. This study shows that there is a positive and significant influence on knowledge sharing on organizational citizenship behavior, servant leadership on organizational citizenship behavior, organizational culture on organizational citizenship behavior and the influence of knowledge sharing, servant leadership, organizational culture on organizational citizenship behavior on Human Resources Bureau employees Head Office Badan Pengawasan Keuangan Dan Pembangunan with F count (22,244)> F table (2,696) and a significance of 0,000 < 0.05.
