Abstract

Tujuan penelitian adalah untuk menemukan proses internalisasi nilai-nilai ekoliterasi dalam membentuk karakter peduli lingkungan peserta didik di SD Islam Fahtia Cibeureum Kota Sukabumi Jawa Barat. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah metode kualitatif dengan pendekatan fenomenologi. Teknis pengumpulan data dilakukan dengan wawancara, observasi dan dokumentasi dengan partisipan pesreta didik kelas IV, kelas V dan kelas VI. Wawancara dilakukan untuk memahami proses internalisasi, strategi yang digunakan dalam internalisasi dan faktor pendukung serta penghambat internalisasi. Observasi yang dilakukan terhadap subjek, perilaku subjek, interaksi subjek dengan peneliti dan hal-hal yang dianggap relevan data diperoleh secara lengkap, sehingga dapat memberikan data tambahan terhadap hasil wawancara. Dokumen yang diperlukan adalah kurikulum KTSP SD Islam Fathia Kota Sukabumi Jawa Barat serta perangkat yang digunakan dalam proses penyelenggaraan sekolah dalam proses belajar mengajar yang tersedia. Penelitian dilaksanakan mulai dari bulan April 2018 sampai dengan Oktober 2018. Analisis data menggunakan soft were NVivo 12 Plus melalui 3 (tiga) tahapan yaitu reduksi data, display data dan verification penarikan kesimpulan). Data diolah dengan triangulasi untuk membandingkan data yang diperoleh waktu, sumber, dan proses berbeda. Hasil penelitian ini fokus pada penanaman karakter peduli lingkungan menjelaskan proses internalisasi nilai-nilai karakter melalui proses pembelajaran di dalam kelas dan di luar kelas seperti outing class dan outbond. Strategi penanaman nilai diintegrasikan pada mata pelajaran secara tematik, melalui kegiatan baik intrakurikuler, kokurikuler, dan ekstrakurikuler dengan mengacu pada visi dan misi sekolah hasil turunan dari visi dan misi yasanan. Adapun faktor pendukung adalah komitmen lembaga dan program sekolah yang berbudaya lingkungan (adiwiyata). Dan nilai-nilai ekoliterasi yang dimiliki adalah sadar lingkungan, empati terhadap lingkungan, dan menjaga diri sendiri. Adapun karakter yang ditekankan dalam penelitian ini adalah karakter peduli lingkungan. Hasil temuan merekomendasikan bahwa internalisasi nilai-nilai ekoliterasi dalam membentuk karakter peduli lingkungan peserta didik dilakukan dengan pembiasaan yang dimulai dari pendidikan dasar melalui budaya sekolah yang berdasarkan nilai-nilai islami. Kata Kunci : Internalisasi Nilai-nilai Ekoliterasi, Karakter Peduli Lingkungan ************ The research objective was to find the internalization process of ecoliteracy values in shaping the environmental care character of students at SD Islam Fahtia Cibeureum, Sukabumi City, West Java. The method used in this research is a qualitative method with a phenomenological approach. The technique of data collection was carried out by interviewing, observing, and documenting with class IV, class V and class VI participants. Interviews were conducted to understand the internalization process, the strategies used in internalization, and the supporting factors and obstacles to internalization. Observations made on the subject, the subject's behavior, the subject's interaction with the researcher, and things that are considered relevant, the data is obtained in full, so that it can provide additional data on the results of the interview. The documents needed are the KTSP curriculum at SD Islam Fathia, Sukabumi City, West Java, and the tools used in the process of school administration in the available teaching and learning processes. The research was conducted from April 2018 to October 2018. Data analysis used software NVivo 12 Plus through 3 (three) stages, namely data reduction, data display, and verification of conclusion). The data is processed by triangulation to compare data obtained from different times, sources, and processes. The results of this study focus on cultivating the character of caring for the environment, explaining the process of internalizing character values through the learning process in the classroom and outside the classroom such as outing classes and outbound. The strategy of planting values is integrated with thematic subjects, through both extracurricular, co-curricular, and extracurricular activities with reference to the vision and mission of the school as a derivative of the original vision and mission. The supporting factors are the commitment of school institutions and programs with an environmental culture (Adiwiyata). And the ecoliteracy values that are owned are environmental awareness, empathy for the environment, and take care of oneself. The character that is emphasized in this research is the character of caring for the environment. The findings recommend that the internalization of ecoliteracy values in shaping students' environmental care character is carried out with habituation starting from basic education through school culture based on Islamic values.
