Abstract
Materi ajar merupakan unsur inti dalam kegiatan belajar mengajar. Materi ajar termaktub dalam salah satu bahan ajar yang berbentuk modul. Modul merupakan suatu bahan ajar berisi materi ajar yang disusun secara sistematis dan menyeluruh sehingga dapat dipelajari secara mandiri oleh peserta didik. Oleh karena itu, materi di dalam modul disusun seoptimal mungkin untuk memudahkan peserta didik belajar secara mandiri (self instructional). Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mendeskripsikan kesesuaian materi yang terdapat dalam modul bahasa Mandarin kelas X SMA Negeri 64 Jakarta dengan rambu-rambu kelayakan isi BSNP, yang meliputi kesesuian materi dengan KI dan KD Kurikulum 2013 Revisi, keakuratan materi, kemutakhiran materi, dan runtutan gradasi. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah metode deskriptif kualitatif dan kuantitatif. Penelitian ini menggunakan teknik analisis isi dan metode pengumpulan data dokumentasi. Prosedur penelitian ini adalah perumusan masalah, penyusunan kerangka pemikiran, pengumpulan data, pengklasifikasian data, analisis dan interpretasi data, pemaparan hasil analisis, penyimpulan hasil analisis dan saran. Hasil penelitian dapat digunakan sebagai sumber informasi pembaca serta referensi untuk penelitian lainnya. Temuan penelitian menunjukkan bahwa modul bahasa Mandarin kelas X SMAN 64 Jakarta dinilai kurang sesuai dengan rambu-rambu kelayakan isi BSNP. Hasil penilaian rata-rata terhadap modul tersebut adalah sebesar 56,81%, dengan rincian hasil penilaian per subkomponen kelayakan isi BSNP sebagai berikut: 1) kesesuaian materi modul dengan KI dan KD Kurikulum 2013 Revisi memperoleh persentase sebesar 66,67% dan dinilai kurang sesuai; 2) keakuratan materi pada modul memperoleh persentase sebesar 55,76% dan dinilai kurang sesuai; 3) kemutakhiran materi pada modul memperoleh persentase sebesar 66,67% juga dinilai kurang sesuai; 4) runtutan gradasi pada modul hanya memperoleh persentase sebesar 41,67% dan dinilai tidak sesuai. Kata kunci: Bahan ajar bahasa Mandarin, Materi Modul, Kelayakan Isi BSNP, Kesesuaian Learning material is the core element in teaching and learning activities. The learning material could be contained in a module which is one of student handbooks. Module is a teaching material, contains of learning material which systematically and thoroughly arranged. Module is compiled to make students learning independently. Therefore, student could use module as a self-instructional handbook. This study aims to describe the allignment of Mandarin language learning material that contained in the Mandarin language module of 10th grade at 64 high school to the content eligibility guidelines of National Education Standards Board (BSNP). The content eligibility guidelines includes four section, which are the suitability of the learning material with Core Competence (KI) and Basic Competence (KD) of the 2013 Curriculum Revision, learning materials accuracy, learning materials updates, and the gradation sequence. The research method used is descriptive qualitative and quantitative methods. This study uses content analysis techniques and documentation analysis method to collect data. The research procedure of this study devided into steps are formulating research problem, preparing conceptual framework, collecting data, data classification, data analysis and interpretation, describe the results of data analysis, conclucions and suggestions. The results of this study can be used as a source information for readers as well as a reference for another study. The results of this study indicate that the Mandarin language learning material at 64 high school for 10th grade is considered less appropriate to the content eligibility guidelines of BSNP. The average results for this module is 56,81%. The details of the results of the subcomponent assessment of the content eligibility guidelines of BSNP as follows: 1) the suitability of the module learning material with KI and KD of the 2013 Curriculum Revision obtained a percentage of 66,67%, is considered less appropriate; 2) the accuracy of the learning material in the module obtained a percentage of 55,76%, is considered less appropriate; 3) the updating of the learning materials in the module obtained a percentage of 66,67%, is also considered less appropriate; 4) the gradation sequence in the module only obtained a percentage of 41,67%, is considered inappropriate.
