Abstract

Tujuan disertasi ini menganalisa bagaimana proses dalam suatu perusahaan untuk mulai melakukan perubahan yaitu memanfaatkan inovasi teknologi yaitu e-rekrutmen, media social dan e-HRM dalam fungsi manajemen sumber daya manusia terutama fungsi rekrutmen dan seleksi serta evaluasi dan kompensasi. Penelitian ini di lakukan di salah satu perusahaan pialang dan konsultan asuransi umum dan kerugian di Jakarta dengan menggunakan metode penelitian kualitatif studi kasus. Penelitian juga dilakukan terhadap 15 informan kunci terdiri atas karyawan atau pimpinan perusahaan yang mengalami atau menjalankan, melihat, mendengar dan juga yang mengamati fenomena ini. Hasil penelitian ini adalah: (1) Perusahaan memakai 3 strategi dalam menghadapi resistensi dalam perubahan yaitu edukasi dan komunikasi, support dan fasilitas dan paksaan. (2) Perusahaan tidak menerapkan faktor penting dalam menjalankan perubahan yaitu insentif. (3) Terjadi perubahan perilaku kerja dalam departemen SDM. (4) Terjadi perubahan fungsi rekrutmen dan seleksi serta fungsi evaluasi dan kompensasi. (5) Terjadi efisiensi dalam biaya dan efektifitas waktu dan tenaga didalam departemen SDM. Hasil penelitian ini mempunyai implikasi bahwa pemanfaatan inovasi teknologi dalam fungsi manajemen sumber daya manusia dapat meningkatkan efisiensi dan efektifitas perusahaan. The purpose of this dissertation is to analyze how the process in a company to start making changes: utilizing technological innovations, namely e-recruitment, social media and e-HRM in the human resource management function, especially the recruitment and selection function as well as evaluation and compensation. This research was conducted in one of the general insurance broker and consulting company in Jakarta using a case study qualitative research method. Research was also conducted on 15 key informants consisting of employees or company leaders who experience or operate, see, hear and also observe this phenomenon. The results of this study are: (1) The company uses 3 strategies in dealing with resistance to change, namely education and communication, support and facilities and coercion. (2) The company does not apply an important factor in implementing changes, namely incentives. (3) There was a change in work behavior in the HR department. (4) There was a change in the recruitment and selection function as well as the evaluation and compensation function. (5) There is cost efficiency and effectiveness of time and energy in the HR department. The results of this study have the implication that the use of technological innovation in the human resource management function can increase the efficiency and effectiveness of the company.
