Abstract

Kompetensi tenaga pendidik sekolah negeri ataupun sekolah swasta memiliki kualifikasi pendidikan yang sama akan tetapi kompetensi setiap individunya berbeda-beda. Keberhasilan suatu pembelajaran tidak lepas dari peranan guru, yang akan menimbulkan sebuah persepsi siswa. Suatu persepsi yang bersifat baik terhadap pembelajaran pendidikan jasmani akan berpengaruh terhadap tercapainya tujuan pembelajaran yang maksimal. Dengan persepsi siswa, dapat diketahui kompetensi guru pendidikan jasmani dalam sebuah pembelajaran pendidikan jasmani. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk memperoleh informasi tentang persepsi siswa terhadap kompetensi guru pendidikan jasmani di SMAN 103 Jakarta dan SMA 1 Barunawati. Dalam penelitian ini peneliti menggunakan penelitian dengan jenis penelitian survei. Pengambilan data pada penelitian ini menggunakan instrumen penelitian berupa Kuesioner dan teknik sampling yang digunakan adalah Purposive Sampling. Sampel pada penelitian ini adalah siswa kelas XI yang berjumlah 68 siswa pada SMAN 103 Jakarta dan SMAN 1 Barunawati. Teknik analisis data yang digunakan yaitu uji t dengan jenis Independent T Test. Hasil analisis persepsi siswa terhadap kompetensi guru pendidikan jasmani di SMAN 103 Jakarta dan SMA 1 Barunawati terdapat perbandingan antara keduanya. Perbedaan tersebut di tunjukan dari perbandingan Nilai signifikansi (2-tailed) dan alpha dengan signifikansi (2-tailed) < nilai alpha 0,05. Untuk lebih jelas dapat juga dilihat dari hasil perbedaan nilai rata-rata persepsi, untuk kelompok siswa negeri memiliki nilai rata-rata sebesar 4,53 dan persepsi untuk kelompok siswa swasta memiliki nilai rata-rata sebesar 4,3. Dengan demikian dapat di simpulkan, bahwa terdapat perbandingan persepsi antara siswa sekolah negeri dan sekolah swasta terhadap kompetensi guru pendidikan jasmani di SMAN 103 Jakarta dengan SMA 1 Barunawati. The competence of educators in public schools or private schools has the same educational qualifications but the competence of each individual is different. The success of a lesson cannot be separated from the role of the teacher, which will lead to a student's perception. A good perception of physical education learning will affect the achievement of maximum learning objectives. With students' perceptions, it can be seen that the competence of physical education teachers in physical education learning. The purpose of this study was to obtain information about students' perceptions of the competence of physical education teachers at SMAN 103 Jakarta and SMA 1 Barunawati. In this study, researchers used a survey research type. Retrieval of data in this study using a research instrument in the form of a questionnaire and the sampling technique used was purposive sampling. The sample in this study were students of class XI, amounting to 68 students at SMAN 103 Jakarta and SMAN 1 Barunawati. The data analysis technique used is the t test with the type of Independent T Test. The results of the analysis of students' perceptions of the competence of physical education teachers at SMAN 103 Jakarta and SMA 1 Barunawati have a comparison between the two. This difference is shown from the comparison of the significance value (2-tailed) and alpha with significance (2-tailed) <value alpha 0.05. To be clearer, it can also be seen from the results of the difference in the mean score of perceptions, for the group of public students it has an average score of 4.53 and the perception for the private student group has an average score of 4.3. Thus it can be concluded, that there is a comparison of perceptions between public and private school students on the competence of physical education teachers at SMAN 103 Jakarta and SMA 1 Barunawati.
