Abstract
Karya ilmiah ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui optimalisasi digital marketing pada Lembaga Kursus dan Pelatihan (LKP) Grafologi Indonesia. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah analisis deskriptif dengan metode pengumpulan data melalui observasi dan studi pustaka. Dari hasil pengamatan peneliti, dapat diketahui bahwa LKP Grafologi Indonesia mengalami permasalahan yang berkaitan dengan optimalisasi digital marketing yang belum sepenuhnya maksimal dan optimal. Hal ini terjadi karena pemanfaatan dan penerapan berbagai aktivitas jenis digital marketing masih terdapat ketidakmerataan serta kurangnya persiapan pematangan konsep branding produk dalam menunjang aktivitas digital marketing di salah satu produknya. Dalam mengatasi permasalahan tersebut, peneliti dapat memberikan solusi berupa memaksimalkan pengoptimalan dan keseimbangan dalam pemanfaatan segala jenis digital marketing atas seluruh produk, memperhatikan serta mengimplementasikan keseluruhan langkah-langkah digital marketing serta memaksimalkan penerapan kerangka digital marketing. Kata kunci: Digital marketing This scientific work aims to determine the optimization of digital marketing at the Indonesian Graphology Course and Training Institute (LKP). The method used in this research is descriptive analysis with data collection methods through observation and literature study. From the observations of the researchers, it can be seen that the Indonesian Graphology Course and Training Institute has problems related to the optimization of digital marketing that is not yet fully maximized and optimal. It happens because the utilization and application of various types of digital marketing activities are still uneven and there is a lack of preparation for the maturation of the product branding concept in supporting digital marketing activities in one of its products. In overcoming these problems, researchers can provide solutions in the form of maximizing optimization and balance in the use of all types of digital marketing for all products, paying attention to and implementing all digital marketing steps, and maximizing the application of the digital marketing framework.
