Abstract
Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis, meningkatkan dan mengembangkan bagaimana perilaku kewargaan organisasi (OCB) terhadap anggota militer melalui pengaruh motivasi, kepuasan kerja, komitmen organisasional terhadap perilaku kewargaan organisasi pada dosen Politeknik Angkatan Laut di Perguruan tinggi Sekolah Staf dan Komando Angkatan Laut (Seskoal) dan Akademi Angkatan Laut (AAL). Pendekatan penelitian ini menggunakan metode kuantitatif melalui pengumpulan data menggunakan kuesioner, dengan sampel sebanyak 105 responden dari dosen Politeknik Angkatan laut. Penelitian ini menggunakan analisis Structural Equation Model (SEM) PLS v, 3.0 software. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa motivasi, kepuasan kerja, komitmen organisasi masing-masing berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap perilaku kewargaan organisasi (OCB), motivasi juga berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kepuasan kerja dan komitmen organisasi, serta motivasi berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap OCB melalui kepuasan kerja dan melalui komitmen organisasi. Kepuasan kerja dan komitmen organisasi sebagai variabel mediasi. Kebaruan dari penelitian ini adalah OCB pada anggota militer dengan sampel dosen politeknik angkatan laut. This study aims to analyze, improve and development how of organizational citizenship behaviour (OCB) towards military members through the influence of motivation, job satisfaction, organizational commitment to the organizational citizenship behaviour on the Naval Polytechnic lecturer at the Naval Staff and Command college (Seskoal) and the Naval Academy (AAL). This research approach uses quantitative methods through data collection using a questionnaire, with a sample of 105 respondents from the Navy Polytechnic lecturers. This research uses Structural Equation Model (SEM) analysis PLS v, 3.0 software. The results showed that motivation, job satisfaction, organizational commitment have a positive and significant effect on organizational citizenship behaviour (OCB), motivation also has a positive and significant effect on job satisfaction and organizational commitment, and motivation has a positive and significant effect on OCB through job satisfaction and through organizational commitment. Job satisfaction and organizational commitment as mediating variables. The novelty of this research is OCB in military members with a sample of naval polytechnic lecturers.
