Abstract
Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui: 1) Deskripsi organizational citizenship behaviour, persepsi dukungan organisasi, dan kepuasan kerja pada karyawab Dinas “X”, 2) Pengaruh persepsi dukungan organisasi terhadap organizational citizenship behaviour pada karyawan Dinas “X”, 3) Pengaruh kepuasan kerja terhadap organizational citizenship behaviour pada karyawan Dinas “X”, 4) Pengaruh persepsi dukungan organisasi dan kepuasan kerja secara bersama-sama terhadap organizational citizenship behaviour pada karyawan Dinas “X”. Penelitian dilakukan terhadap 128 karyawan Dinas “X”. Teknik pengumpulan data menggunakan metode kuantitatif dengan menyebarkan kuesioner kepada karyawan Dinas “X”. Penelitian ini menggunakan uji analisis regresi linear berganda dengan program SPSS 25. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa terdapat pengaruh positif dan signifikan antara persepsi dukungan organisasi dan kepuasan kerja secara parsial terhadap organizational citizenship behaviour. Hasil uji F menunjukkan bahwa model penelitian persepsi dukungan organisasi dan kepuasan kerja dapat meningkatkan organizational citizenship behaviour pada karyawan Dinas “X”. Nilai R2 atau koefisien determinasi pada penelitian ini sebesar 0,506 atau 50,6%, menunjukkan bahwa organizational citizenship behaviour pada karyawan DINAS “X” dipengaruhi oleh persepsi dukungan organisasi dan kepuasan kerja sebesar 50,6%. Kata kunci: Persepsi Dukungan Organisasi, Kepuasan Kerja, Organizational Citizenship Behaviour This purpose of the research to determines: 1) Description of organizational citizenship behaviour, perceived organizational support and job satisfaction of Dinas “X”, 2) The effect of perceived organizational support on organizational citizenship behaviour of Dinas “X”, 3) Effect of job satisfaction on organizational citizenship behaviour of Dinas “X”, 4) The effect of perceived organizational support and job satisfaction together on the organizational citizenship behaviour of DINAS “X”. The study was conducted on 128 employees of Dinas “X”. Data collection techniques using quantitative methods by distributing questionnaires to employees of Dinas “X”. This research uses regression analysis with program SPSS 25. The result show that there is a positive and significant influence between perceived organizational support and job satisfaction to organizational citizenship behaviour. The research model of perceived organizational support and job satisfaction can predict organizational citizenship behaviour on employee of Dinas “X”. R2 value or coefficient of determination in the study amounted to 0.506 or 50.6%. This shows that organizational citizenship behaviour on employee of Dinas “X” can influenced by perceived organizational support and job satisfaction by 50,6%.
