Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk melihat hubungan sense of humor dengan stres pada mahasiswa di masa pandemi Covid-19. Instrumen yang digunakan untuk mengukur variabel sense of humor adalah Multidimensional Sense of humor Scale dan stres diukur menggunakan sub-skala stres berdasarkan Depression, Anxiety, Stres Scale. Pendekatan pada penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif dengan teknik quota sampling. Pengolahan data pada penelitian ini menggunakan SPSS Statistic 26 dengan uji statistik korelasi produk moment. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa terdapat hubungan negatif yang signifikan antara sense of humor dengan stres pada mahasiswa Universitas Negeri Jakarta di masa pandemi Covid-19. This study aims to see the relationship between sense of humor and stress in college students during the Covid-19 pandemic. The instrument used to measure the sense of humor variable is the Multidimensional Sense of humor Scale and stress is measured using a stress sub-scale based on Depression, Anxiety, and Stress Scale. The approach in this study uses a quantitative approach with quota sampling technique. Processing data in this study using SPSS Statistic 26 with a statistical test of product moment correlation. The results showed that there was a significant negative relationship between sense of humor and stress in Jakarta State University students during the Covid-19 pandemic.
