Abstract

This research aims to analyze the influence of Organizational Learning, Competitive Advantage, and Trust in Self Efficacy at the Principal of Junior High Schools throughout Indonesia. This research used a quantitative approach or positivistic paradigm. Quantitative research is related to survey techniques, such as distributing questionnaires, experiments, structured observation, statistical analysis and so on. The target population of this study is 1743 SMP model principals in Indonesia. The affordable population is 325 junior high school principals in district / city zoning centers in Indonesia. Based on the Slovin formula, the number of samples in this study is 325 people. Data analysis was performed by path analysis using Linear Structural RELation (LISREL) 8.7 for Windows. The result showed that organizational learning has positive direct effect on the self-efficacy of junior high school principals. competitive advantage has positive direct effect on the self-efficacy of junior high school principals, trust has positve direct effect on the self-efficacy of junior high school principals, organizational learning has positive direct effect on the confidence of junior high school principals, competitive advantage has positive direct effect on the trust of junior high school principals, and organizational learning has positive direct effect on the competitive advantage of junior high school principals. Keywords: Organizational Learning, Competitive Advantage, Trust, Self Efficacy Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pengaruh Organizational Learning, Competitive Advantage, dan Trust terhadap Self Efficacy pada Kepala Sekolah Menengah Pertama di seluruh Indonesia. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif atau paradigma positivistik. Penelitian kuantitatif berkaitan dengan teknik survei, seperti penyebaran kuesioner, eksperimen, observasi terstruktur, analisis statistik dan sebagainya. Populasi sasaran penelitian ini adalah 1.743 kepala sekolah teladan SMP di Indonesia. Populasi terjangkau adalah 325 kepala sekolah SMP di pusat zonasi kabupaten/kota di Indonesia. Berdasarkan rumus Slovin maka jumlah sampel dalam penelitian ini adalah 325 orang. Analisis data dilakukan dengan analisis jalur menggunakan Linear Structural RELation (LISREL) 8.7 for Windows. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa pembelajaran organisasional berpengaruh langsung positif terhadap efikasi diri kepala sekolah SMP. keunggulan bersaing berpengaruh langsung positif terhadap efikasi diri kepala sekolah menengah pertama, kepercayaan berpengaruh langsung positif terhadap efikasi diri kepala sekolah menengah pertama, pembelajaran organisasional berpengaruh langsung positif terhadap efikasi diri kepala sekolah menengah pertama, keunggulan bersaing berpengaruh langsung positif terhadap kepercayaan kepala sekolah SMP, dan pembelajaran organisasional berpengaruh langsung positif terhadap keunggulan bersaing kepala sekolah SMP.
