Abstract

EVALUASI PROGRAM PEMBELAJARAN SEJARAH KONTROVERSIAL PADA MATA PELAJARAN SEJARAH INDONESIA DI SMA LABSCHOOL JAKARTA M. Fakhruddin ABSTRAK Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk melakukan evaluasi program pembelajaran sejarah kontroversial di SMA Labschool Jakarta yang meliputi aspek antecedents (perencanaan), transaction (proses) dan outcomes (hasil). Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah metode evaluasi program berdasarkan model Stake dengan pendekatan penelitian kualitatif. Penelitian ini menggunakan teknik pengumpulan data melalui observasi (pengamatan), wawancara (interview), dan studi dokumentasi. Hasil dari penelitian menunjukkan aspek antecedents yang meliputi kebijakan program, tujuan program, kurikulum, buku pelajaran, sarana prasarana, dan kompetensi guru, menunjukkan bahwa secara umum sangat sesuai standar program. Aspek transaction yang meliputi: perencanaan pembelajaran, pelaksanaan pembelajaran, dan penilaian sudah menunjukkan sangat sesuai dengan standar program. Untuk pelaksanaan pembelajaran sejarah kontroversial, guru sudah menggunakan strategi pembelajaran sejarah kontroversial secara baik. Aspek outcomes yaitu hasil pembelajaran sangat baik sesuai dengan standar proses yang meliputi penilaian kognitif, afektif, dan psikomotorik. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian dapat disimpulkan bahwa program pembelajaran sejarah kontroversial dapat dilanjutkan dengan beberapa saran perbaikan. Kata kunci : evaluasi program, pembelajaran sejarah, sejarah kontroversial. INSTRUCTIONAL PROGRAM EVALUATION OF CONTROVERSIAL HISTORY ON HISTORY OF INDONESIA SUBJECT AT LABSCHOOL HIGH SCHOOL JAKARTA M. Fakhruddin ABSTRACT This research aims to conduct an instructional program evaluation of controversial history at Labschool High School Jakarta that includes such aspects as antecedents, transactions, and outcomes. A program evaluation was employed as method of this qualitative research based on Stake model. Data was collected by means of observation, interview, and documentation study. Findings of the research show that the antecedents aspect constituting of program policy, program objective, curriculum, textbook, facilities and infrastructure, and teacher competence have generally been highly appropriate with program standard. Transaction aspect that includes instructional plan, instructional implementation, and instructional assessment have been highly appropriate with program standard. Outcomes aspect namely the instructional outcomes have been very good in compliance with standard of the processes which cover the cognitive, affective, and psychomotoric assessments. Thus, it can be concluded that the instructional program of controversial history can be proceeded following some recommendations. Keywords: program evaluation, history, controversial history.
