Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menguji pengaruh kepemimpinan transaksional dan kepemimpinan tranformasional terhadap OCB, menguji pengaruh POS terhadap OCB, dan menguji pengaruh kepemimpinan transaksional, kepemimpinan tranformasional, POS dan OCB terhadap kinerja di KKP. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif eksplanatif dengan metode survey. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah pegawai yang bekerja di KKP, penentuan sampel penelitian menggunakan teknik convinience sampling sehingga didapatkan jumlah sampel sebesar 422 pegawai. Pengumpulan data dilakukan dengan menggunakan kuesionare dengan skala likert. Analisis data menggunakan structural equation modeling (SEM) dengan software amos. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa terdapat pengaruh positif dan signifikan kepemimpinan transaksional dan kepemimpinan transformasional serta POS terhadap OCB di KKP. Terdapat pengaruh positif dan signifikan kepemimpinan transaksional dan POS serta OCB terhadap kinerja. Hasil lain menunjukkan bahwa OCB memediasi pengaruh kepemimpinan transaksional dan kepemimpinan transformasional serta POS terhadap kinerja. Saran dan rekomendasi dari penelitian ini bagi peneliti selanjutnya yaitu mempertimbangkan meneruskan penelitian dengan menggali variabel lain untuk peningkatan kinerja melalui variabel kompensasi, tunjangan, reward and punishment karena terindikasi memberikan pengaruh yang cukup besar. Selain itu peneliti selanjutnya dapat memilih tempat penelitian lain yang berbeda sebagai objek penelitian, menambahkan ruang lingkup populasi yang berbeda dan lebih luas dari populasi dalam penelitian ini. Penelitian ini memeiliki dua keterbatasan yaitu keterbatasan responden yang hanya pada satu instansi di lingkungan Kementerian Kelautan dan Perikanan serta keterbatasan pada proses pengambilan data. This study aims to examine the effect of transactional leadership and transformational leadership on OCB, examine the effect of POS on OCB, and examine the effect of transactional leadership, transformational leadership, POS and OCB on performance in KKP. This study uses an explanatory quantitative approach with a survey method. The population in this study were employees who worked at the KKP, the determination of the research sample using the convenience sampling so that the total sample was 422 employees. Data was collected using a questionnaire with a Likert scale. Data analysis using structural equation modeling (SEM) with amos software. The results showed that there was a positive and significant effect of transactional leadership and transformational leadership and POS on OCB in KKP. There is a positive and significant effect of transactional leadership and POS and OCB on performance. Other results show that OCB mediates the effect of transactional leadership and transformational leadership and POS on performance. Suggestions and recommendations from this study for further researchers are considering continuing research by exploring other variables to improve performance through compensation, benefits, reward and punishment variables because they are indicated to have a large enough influence In addition, the next researcher can choose another different research place as the object of research, adding a different and wider population scope than the population in this study. This study has two limitations, namely the limitations of respondents who are only in one agency within the Ministry of Maritime Affairs and Fisheries and limitations in the data collection process
