Abstract
Seorang Guru dapat menunjukkan perilaku kewargaan organisasi (OCB) bila telah memahami dengan benar perannya sebagai seorang guru. OCB Guru yang tinggi akan nampak ketika guru telah melakukan extra peran. Dengan OCB yang tinggi dari seorang guru, diharapkan pembangunan pendidikan Indonesia akan lebih maju. Memperlengkapi anak-anak Indonesia untuk menjadi sumber daya manusia yang siap membangun negerinya. Karena itu perlu dilakukan penelitian untuk menganalisa faktor yang dapat meningkatkan OCB guru. Maka peneliti mencoba meneliti pengaruh budaya organisasi, kepemimpinan melayani, kepuasan kerja terhadap OCB guru sekolah dasar. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif dengan metode survei dan teknik analisis jalur. Data dikumpulkan dari 136 guru SD sebagai sampel. Temuan menunjukkan: (1) budaya organisasi berpengaruh langsung positif terhadap OCB, (2) kepemimpinan melayani berpengaruh langsung positif terhadap OCB, (3) kepuasan kerja berpengaruh langsung positif terhadap OCB, (4) budaya organisasi berpengaruh langsung positif terhadap kepuasan kerja, dan (5) kepemimpinan melayani berpengaruh langsung positif terhadap kepuasan kerja. Temuan tersebut berimplikasi pada peningkatan OCB dengan meningkatkan budaya organisasi, kepemimpinan melayani dan terus meningkatkan kepuasan kerja. *********** The teacher can show organizational citizenship behavior (OCB) if he knows his role as a teacher. The high OCB Teacher will appear when the teacher has done extra roles. If Teachers have a high OCB value, the development of Indonesian education will be more advanced. Equip Indonesian children to become human resources who are ready to build their country. Therefore, it is necessary to do research to analyze the factors that can increase OCB value of teachers. So the researchers tried to examine the influence of organizational culture, servant leadership, and job satisfaction on OCB of elementary school teachers. The research used a quantitative approach with a survey method and path analysis technique. Data were collected from 136 elementary teachers as a sample. Finding Show: (1) organization culture has a positive direct effect toward organizational citizenship behavior, (2) servant leadership has a positive direct effect toward organizational citizenship behavior, (3) job satisfaction has a positive direct effect toward organizational citizenship behavior, (4) organization culture has positive direct effect toward job satisfaction, and (5) servant leadership has positive direct effect toward job satisfaction. The findings lead to the implication to increase organizational citizenship by improving organizational culture, servant leadership, and continuously improving job satisfaction.
