Abstract

ABSTRAK Indah Sundari, “Model Media Pembelajaran Kosakata Bahasa Arab Menggunakan Fitur Instagram Reels (Penelitian Pengembangan di Sekolah Menengah Atas Al – Ghurabaa Jakarta)”. Skripsi. Jakarta: Program Studi Pendidikan Bahasa Arab, Januari 2022. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menyelesaikan masalah pembelajaran kosakata bahasa Arab dengan mengembangkan media pembelajaran kosakata bahasa Arab yang berkualitas, solutif, praktis dan efektif menggunakan fitur Instagram Reels bagi peserta didik kelas XII IPS di sekolah SMA Al-Ghurabaa Jakarta. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah metode Research and Development (R&D) dengan Model ADDIE (Analyze, Design, Development, Implement, and Evaluate). Ada lima tahap yang dilalui yaitu: (1) Analisis kebutuhan peserta didik kelas XII IPS SMA Al-Ghurabaa terhadap media pembelajaran kosakata bahasa Arab menggunakan fitur instagram Reels, (2) Mendesain produk, (3) Pengembangan produk melalui penilaian dari ahli materi dan ahli media, (4) Implementasi produk kepada peserta didik secara online, (5) Mengevaluasi produk melalui angket yang diberikan kepada 21 peserta didik kelas XII IPS SMA Al-Ghurabaa. Hasil penilaian ahli materi mendapatkan kategori “sangat layak” dengan persentase 84%, dan hasil penilaian ahli media mendapatkan kategori “sangat layak” dengan persentase 96%, serta hasil penilaian dan evaluasi peserta didik mendapatkan kategori “sangat layak” dengan persentase 91%. Dengan demikian, media pembelajaran menggunakan Instagram Reels layak untuk digunakan sebagai media pembelajaran bahasa Arab, khususnya materi kosakata bahasa Arab. The research aims to fulfil the need to solve the Arabic Language vocabulary learning issues by developing quality (accommodative, practical, and effective) Arabic language vocabulary learning media using Instagram’s Reels feature for students in class XII (Twelve) social studies of Al-Ghurabaa Senor High School Jakarta. The research used Research and Development (R&D) method with ADDIE (Analyze, Design, Development, Implement, and Evaluate) model. The research took five steps, i.e.: (1) Need analysis of class XII social studies of Al-Ghurabaa Senior High School students for Arabic language vocabulary media using Instagram’s Reels feature, (2) Product design, (3) Product development through assessments by subject matter and media experts, (4) Online launch/implementation of the product to students, (5) Evaluation of products through polls completed by 21 students of Class XII social studies of Al-Ghurabaa Senior High School. The result shows that the subject matter expert evaluated the product as “very worthy” with the percentage of 84%, while the media expert evaluated it as “very worthy” with the percentage of 96%, and the assessment and evaluation by the students were categorized as “very worthy” with the percentage of 91%. Therefore, the learning media using Instagram’s Reels feature is worthy of being used, particularly to learn Arabic language vocabulary. Keywords: Learning Media, Arabic Vocabulary, Instagram Reels
