Abstract

Penelitian ini mendeskripsikan tentang penggunaan deiksis serta jenis-jenis deiksis yang terdapat dalam dialog film Si Doel The Movie. Deiksis merupakan kajian pragmatik yang memiliki fungsi sebagai penunjuk atau referen. Dalam kehidupan sehari-hari, deiksis sering digunakan dalam percakapan. Peneltian ini akan membahas penggunaan deiksis menurut teori dari Levinson. Penelitian ini juga akan membahas tentang jenis-jenis deiksis menurut teori dari Levinson. Metode yang diguanakan dalam penelitian ini adalah metode kualitatif deskriptif dengan teknik pengumpulan data simak dan teknik lanjutan catat. Teknik analisi data yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah persiapan, tabulasi, analisis, dan penarikan kesimpulan. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian terdapat 892 data deiksis. Sebanyak 876 data merupakan penggunaan deiksis secara berperlambang dan 20 data secara berkial. Jenis deiksis didominasi oleh deiksis persona sebanyak 641 data dengan 632 data merupakan penggunaan deiksis secara berperlambang dan 9 data merupakan penggunaan deiksis secara berkial. This study describes the use of deixis and types of deixis contained in the dialogue of the movie Si Doel The Movie. Deixis is a pragmatic study that has a function as a pointer of referent. In everyday life, deixis is often used in conversation. This research will discuss the use of deixis according to Levinson’s theory. This study will also discuss the types of deixis according to Levinson’s theory. The method used in this study is a descriptive qualitative method with data collection technique and follow-up notes. Data analysis techniques used in this research are preparation, tabulation, analysis, and conclusion. Based on the results of the study, there were 892 deixis data. A total of 876 data are symbolic use of deixis and 20 data are gestural. The type of deixis is dominated by personal deixis as many as 641 data with 632 data representing the use of symbolic deixis and 9 data representing the use of gestural deixis.
