Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan menyajikan data, informasi dan fakta-fakta yang dapat dipertahankan secara akademis melalui pengumpulan, pengolahan/memverifikasi, menguji fakta-fakta penting, dan analisis data empirik mencakup variabel intensi berpindah karyawan, kecerdasan emosional, gaya kepemimpinan, budaya organisasi, dan kepuasan kerja. Perancangan state of the art menggunakan software VOSviewer mengkaitkan data Publish or Perish 8 (PoP) untuk pembanding menggunakan Visualisasikan jaringan artikel secara online ResearchRabbit. Metode yang digunakan adalah kuantitatif menggunakan alat statistik SPSS versi 22 dan sobel test secara online. meliputi uji validitas, reliabilitas, korelasi, koefisien, analisis jalur dengan jumlah responden 179 karyawan yang diambil secara proporsional. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan adanya 1) pengaruh langsung negatif signifikan kecerdasan emosional, gaya kepemimpinan, budaya organisasi, dan kepuasan kerja terhadap intensi berpindah 2) pengaruh langsung positif signifikan kecerdasan emosional, gaya kepemimpinan, budaya organisasi, memiliki pengaruh positif significant terhadap kepuasan kerja dan 3) pengaruh langsung negatif signifikan kecerdasan emosional, gaya kepemimpinan, budaya organisasi terhadap intensi berpindah melalui kepuasan kerja. Kesimpulan bahwa variabel intensi berpindah dipengaruhi secara langsung oleh kecerdasan emosional gaya kepemimpinan, budaya organisasi, dan kepuasan kerja. Dan variabel kepuasan kerja dipengaruhi secara langsung oleh kecerdasan emosional, gaya kepemimpinan, dan budaya organisasi. Setiap keinginan atau kebijakan untuk mengurangi turnover intention/intensi berpindah seyogyanya memberikan perhatian pada variable kecerdasan emosional, gaya kepemimpinan, budaya organisasi, dan kepuasan kerja. Setiap keinginan atau kebijakan untuk meningkatkan kepuasan kerja seyogyanya memberikan perhatian pada variable kecerdasan emosional, gaya kepemimpinan, dan budaya organisasi. This study aims to present data, information, and facts that can be defended academically through collecting, processing/verifying, testing important facts, and analyzing empirical data covering variables of employee turnover intention, emotional intelligence, leadership style, organizational culture, and satisfaction. work. State of the art design using VOSviewer software linking Publish or Perish 8 (PoP) data for comparison using Visualize ResearchRabbit's online article network. The method used is quantitative using SPSS version 22 statistical tool and online Sobel test. includes validity, reliability, correlation, coefficient, path analysis with 179 employees taken proportionally. The results showed that there was 1) a significant negative direct effect of emotional intelligence, leadership style, organizational culture, and job satisfaction on turnover intentions 2) a significant positive direct effect of emotional intelligence, leadership style, organizational culture, having a significant positive effect on job satisfaction and 3) significant negative direct effect of emotional intelligence, leadership style, organizational culture on intention to move through job satisfaction. The conclusion is that the variable of intention to move is directly influenced by emotional intelligence, leadership style, organizational culture, and job satisfaction. And the variable of job satisfaction is directly influenced by emotional intelligence, leadership style, and organizational culture. Any desire or policy to reduce turnover intention should pay attention to the variables of emotional intelligence, leadership style, organizational culture, and job satisfaction. Every desire or policy to increase job satisfaction should pay attention to the variables of emotional intelligence, leadership style, and organizational culture.
