Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui hambatan belajar yang terdapat pada mata kuliah Maîtrise de Langue di Prodi Pendidikan Bahasa Prancis Universitas Negeri Jakarta. Dalam proses belajar mengajar kesulitan merupakan hal yang wajar ditemukan. Apalagi dalam situasi saat ini, sejak awal tahun 2020 pandemi memasuki wilayah Indonesia. Sehingga proses pembelajaran mengalami perubahan yang semula belajar secara langsung atau luar jaringan (luring), sekarang menjadi dalam jaringan (daring). Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif deskriptif dan dilengkapi dengan wawancara. Angket berisi 30 pertanyaan yang digunakan untuk mengetahui hambatan belajar daring pada mata kuliah Maîtrise de Langue di Prodi Pendidikan Bahasa Prancis Universitas Negeri Jakarta. Selain itu peneliti melakukan wawancara terhadap dosen pengampu mata kuliah tersebut untuk melengkapi data dan informasi. Responden yang terlibat dalam penelitian sebanyak 35 mahasiswa pada mata kuliah Maîtrise de Langue III. Untuk menguji keabsahan instrumen menggunakan uji validitas dan uji reliabilitas dengan aplikasi SPSS versi 25 untuk selanjutnya data dianalisis menggunakan teknik analisis data yang digunakan yaitu teknik analisis deskriptif secara kuantitatif. Hasil analisis menunjukkan bahwa mahasiswa Prodi Pendidikan Bahasa Prancis Universitas Negeri Jakarta pada mata kuliah Maîtrise de Langue III memiliki hambatan dalam belajar daring yaitu dengan kriteria terhambat sebanyak 20 responden yang menyatakannya. Hambatan terdiri atas dua (2) faktor hambatan pada saat dilakukan perkuliahan secara daring, yaitu faktor internal dan faktor eksternal dengan rincian faktor internal sejumlah 41% dan faktor eksternal sejumlah 40,1%. This research aims to find out the difficulties contained in the Maîtrise de Langue Course in the French Language Education Program of Study at State University of Jakarta, in the process of learning and teaching it is a natural thing to find difficulties. Especially in the current situation, since the beginning of 2020 the pandemic entered Indonesia. Therefore, the learning process undergoes changes that originally direct face-to-face or offline, but now it becomes online. This research uses adescriptive quantitative approach and comes with interviews. The questionnaire contains 30 questions that are used to find out the obstacles to online learning in the Maîtrise de Langue course at French Language Education Program, State University of Jakarta. In addition, the researcher conducted interviews with the lecturer of this course to complete the data and information. The respondents involved in this research were 35 students in the Maîtrise de Langue III course. To test the validity of the instrument, this researcher uses validity tests and reliability tests with SPSS application version 25 for further data to be analyzed using data analysis techniques. The data analysis technique used is descriptive analysis techniques quantitative and qualitative. The results of the analysis showed that students of the French Language Education Program of State University of Jakarta in the Maîtrise de Langue III course had difficulties in online learning, with criterias stated by 20 respondents. The difficulties consist of two (2) obstacle factors during the online course or class, there are Internal factors and external factors with details of internal factors amounting to 41% and external factors as many as 40.1%.
