Abstract
Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui Pengaruh sense of school belonging terhadap student engagement siswa SMA Di Kota Tangerang Selatan. Pendekatan yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah pendekatan kuantitatif. Alat ukur yang digunakan untuk mengukur variabel sense of school belonging menggunakan instrumen psychological sense of school membership (PSSM), dan alat ukur yang digunakan untuk mengukur variabel student engagement menggunakan Student Engagement Measurement (SEM). Responden dalam penelitian ini sebanyak 259 siswa. Dalam pengolahan data penelitian menggunakan SPSS versi 28. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan adanya pengaruh positif terhadap sense of school belonging terhadap student engagement siswa sebesar 31% sedangkan 69% lainnya dipengaruhi oleh faktor lainnya selain sense of school belonging. This study aims to determine the effect of sense of school belonging on student engagement of high school students in South Tangerang City. The approach used in this research is a quantitative approach. The measuring instrument used to measure the sense of school belonging variable was using the psychological sense of school membership (PSSM) instrument, and the measuring instrument used to measure the student engagement variable was Student Engagement Measurement (SEM). Respondents in this study were 259 students. In processing the research data using SPSS version 28. The results of this study indicate a positive influence on the sense of school belonging to student engagement by 31% while the other 69% is influenced by other factors besides the sense of school belonging.
