ABSTRAK Nurul Hanifah. 2022. Kendala Teknis Pembelajaran Jarak Jauh Dalam Jaringan pada Mata Kuliah Menyimak Bahasa Mandarin. Skripsi. Jakarta. Pendidikan Bahasa Mandarin. Fakultas Bahasa dan Seni. Universitas Negeri Jakarta. Pembelajaran Jarak Jauh (PJJ) merupakan pembelajaran tanpa interaksi langsung antara pendidik dan peserta didik, melainkan menggunakan media sebagai penghubung pembelajaran. PJJ dapat dilaksanakan dalam jaringan (daring) dan luar jaringan (luring). Penelitian ini berfokus pada PJJ daring Mata Kuliah Menyimak di Program Studi Pendidikan Bahasa Mandarin Universitas Negeri Jakarta (PSPBM UNJ). Tujuan penelitian ini adalah mendeskripsikan kendala teknis yang dihadapi mahasiswa dan upaya yang dilakukan untuk mengatasi kendala tersebut. Penelitian ini mengacu pada teori kendala teknis menurut Yudhistira dan Murdiani (2020) yang terdiri dari faktor jaringan internet, kuota internet, dan perangkat belajar. Penelitian ini dianalisis menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif dan kualitatif. Data diperoleh dengan menggunakan kuesioner. Responden penelitian ini adalah mahasiswa PSPBM UNJ yang mengikuti Mata Kuliah Menyimak I sampai IV pada semester 113 dan 114 (tahun akademik 2020/2021) sejumlah 53 mahasiswa. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa mahasiswa PSPBM UNJ menghadapi kendala terkait jaringan internet, keterbatasan perangkat dan ketersediaan kuota. Untuk mengatasi kendala teknis terkait jaringan internet, mahasiswa berupaya dengan beralih menggunakan paket data internet atau mengisi paket data internet. Untuk mengatasi kendala terkait perangkat yang kurang mendukung, mahasiswa berupaya beralih menggunakan perangkat lain. Untuk mengatasi kendala terkait ketersediaan kuota, mahasiswa berupaya dengan mengisi paket data internet. The Technical Obstacles of Online Distance Learning on Chinese Listening Course. Distance Learning is a form of learning without having direct interaction between educators and students, but using media as a learning intermediary. Distance learning can be implemented in the network (online) and outside the network (offline). This study focuses on Online Distance Learning on Chinese Listening Course at the State University of Jakarta, Department of Chinese Language Education. This study aims to describe the technical obstacles of Online Distance Learning on Chinese Listening Course, as well as the efforts made to overcome these obstacles. This study refers to the theory of technical obstacles according to Yudhistira and Murdiani (2020) which consist of internet network, internet mobile data, and learning tools. This study was analyzed using quantitative and qualitative approaches. The data were collected through questionnaire. The respondents of this study were 53 of Department Chinese Language Education students who took the Basic Listening Courses I-IV in semesters 113 and 114 (academic year 2020/2021). The result of this study shows that Department of Chinese Language Education students faced the technical obstacles related to internet network, internet mobile data, and availability of the device. The efforts that have been made to overcome technical obstacle related to the internet network is switch to internet mobile data or toppin up their internet mobile data. The efforts that have been made to overcome obstacles related to devices that are not supported is switch to other devices. The efforts that have been made to overcome obstacles related to availability of internet mobile data is topping up internet mobile data.
