Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh metode guided discovery learning terhadap hasil belajar IPA. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah studi kepustakaan. Jurnal penelitian dibatasi dari tahun 2013-2021. Terdapat sumber literatur yang terdiri dari 15 penelitian secara kualitatif, dan 6 penelitian secara kuantitatif. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa metode guided discovery learning dapat mempengaruhi hasil belajar IPA secara kognitif, afektif, dan psikomotorik. Ditinjau dari aspek kognitif pengaruh metode guided discovery learning dapat membuat hasil belajar peserta didik meningkat, selain itu peserta didik juga dapat memecahkan masalah. Pengaruh metode guided discovery learning terhadap hasil belajar afektif IPA peserta didik menjadi lebih aktif hal ini terbukti bahwa peserta didik lebih tertarik dan bersemangat untuk mengikuti pembelajaran. Pengaruh metode guided discovery learning terhadap hasil belajar psikomotorik IPA peserta didik dilibatkan secara fisik dengan melakukan kegiatan penemuan atau praktikum. Hal ini membuktikan bahwa metode guided discovery learning dapat meningkatkan hasil belajar IPA secara kognitif, afektif, dan psikomotorik. This study aims to determine the effect of the guided discovery learning method on science learning outcomes. The method used in this research is literature study. Research journals are limited from 2013-2021. There are literature sources consisting of 15 qualitative studies, and 6 quantitative studies. The results showed that the guided discovery learning method could influence science learning outcomes cognitively, affectively, and psychomotorically. Viewed from the cognitive aspect, the influence of the guided discovery learning method can increase student learning outcomes, besides that students can also solve problems. The effect of the guided discovery learning method on the affective learning outcomes of science students becomes more active, it is proven that students are more interested and excited to take part in learning. The influence of the guided discovery learning method on science psychomotor learning outcomes, students are physically involved by doing discovery activities or practicum. This proves that the guided discovery learning method can improve science learning outcomes cognitively, affectively, and psychomotorically.
