Abstract

Penguatan Pendidikan Karakter (PPK) adalah gerakan pendidikan dibawah satuan tanggung jawab satuan Pendidikan untuk menanamkan nilai-nilai karakter pada peserta didik melalui harmoni olah hati, olah rasa, olah pikir dan olah raga. Penguatan Pendidikan karakter melalui peningkatan budaya mutu di satuan Pendidikan SD Negeri Kareo Kec. Jawilan memiliki dampak yang luar biasa bagi budaya mutu di sekolah ini, akan tetapi dari komponen evaluasi terlihat belum optimal dilaksanakan maka dari itu perlu dilakukan penelitian evaluatisi untuk melihat sejauh mana efektifitas dari implementasi penguatan Pendidikan karakter ini. Tujuan penelitian ini untuk melihat efektifitas dari implementasi penguatan Pendidikan karakter (PPK) di SD Negeri Kareo Kec. Jawilan kemudian memberikan rekomendasi yang bermanfaat melalui penelitian evaluatif, Penelitian ini menggunakan metode kualitatif dengan pendekatan deskripsi model CIPP (conteks, input, prosess, dan product) yang dikembangkan oleh Daniel L. Stufflebeam. Teknik pengumpulan data dengan wawancara, dokumentasi. Hasil penelitian memberikan gambaran tentang efektifitas implementasi penguatan Pendidikan karakter (PPK) di SD Negeri Kareo Kec. Jawilan capaian masingmasing komponen secara umum dalam katagori baik atau terpenuhi, terlihat pula program peningkatan budaya mutu melalui penguatan Pendidikan karakter di SD Negeri Kareo sudah berjalan dengan baik sejak di implementasikan dari Tahun 2017, hal ini berdasarkan kriteria yang ditetapkan. Kriteria tersebut mengacu dalam panduan penilaian penguatan Pendidikan karakter tingkat Sekolah Dasar dan Menengah Pertama. Strengthening Character Education (PPK) is an educational movement under the responsibility of the education unit to instill character values in students through harmony of heart, taste, thought and exercise. Strengthening character education through improving quality culture in the Kareo elementary school education unit district. Jawilan has had a tremendous impact on the quality culture in this school, However, from the evaluation component it seems that it has not been optimally implemented, therefore it is necessary to conduct an evaluation research to see how far the effectiveness of the implementation of strengthening this character education is. The purpose of this study is to see the effectiveness of the implementation of strengthening character education (PPK) at SD Negeri Kareo, District Jawilan then provide useful recommendations through evaluative research, This study uses a qualitative method with a CIPP (conteks, input, process, product) model description approach developed by Daniel L. Stufflebeam. Data collection techniques with interviews, documentation. The results of the study provide an overview of the effectiveness of the implementation of strengthening character education (PPK) in SD Negeri Kareo, Jawilan District, the overall achievement of each component is in the good or fulfilled category it can also be seen that the quality culture improvement program through strengthening character education is also seen at SD Negeri Kareo it has been going well since it was implemented from 2017. This is based on established criteria. These criteria refer to the guide to the assessment of strengthening character education at the elementary and junior high school levels.
