Abstract
Memiliki motivasi berprestasi yang tinggi sangatlah penting bagi remaja. Pada fakta dilapangan tidak semua remaja memiliki motivasi berprestasi yang tinggi. Selain orang tua, teman sebaya juga memiliki peran yang penting dalam mempengaruhi prestasi pada remaja. Hubungan yang dimiliki remaja terhadap orang tua dan teman sebaya nya disebut dengan kelekatan. Tujuan dari penelitian ini untuk mengetahui pengaruh kelekatan terhadap motivasi berprestasi pada remaja di SMPN Terbuka Duren Sawit I. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah kuantitatif dengan sampel penelitian sejumlah 130 siswa SMP. Teknik sampling yang digunakan adalah purposive sampling. Data diperoleh menggunakan Skala Motivasi Berprestasi yang di susun sendiri oleh penulis berdasarkan teori McClelland sejumlah 44 item dan Skala Attachment yang di adaptasi dari IPPA-R sejumlah 65 item. Dari hasil analisis yang dilakukan menggunakan uji regresi, diketahui bahwa nilai F hitung sebesar 20.812 dan F tabel sebesar 2.63 maka F hitung>F tabel, taraf signifikansi sebesar 0.000 maka nilai p lebih kecil dibandingkan α=0.05, serta R square sebesar 0.331. Hal ini menunjukkan bahwa terdapat pengaruh yang signifikan antara kelekatan terhadap motivasi berprestasi remaja di SMPN Terbuka Duren Sawit I. Besarnya pengaruh kelekatan terhadap motivasi berprestasi adalah 33.1%. Having high achievement motivation for adolescents is highly important. In fact, not all of adolescents have the high achievement motivation. Because it will effect adolescents behavior and it effects the action in achiving. Beside parents, peer has an important role in adolescent achievement. The relation of adolescents with parents and peer is called attachment. This study aims to determine the effect of attachment toward achievement motivation in adolescents in Terbuka Duren Sawit I Junior High School. The research method used is quantitative method with the total sample of 130 junior high school students. This study using the technique of purposive sampling. Data obtained using the Achievement Motivation Scale designed by author based on McClelland theory with total of 44 item and the Attachment Scale adapted from IPPA-R with total of 65 item. The test result using regression analysis show that F value is 20.812 and F table is 2.63 (F value>F table), significance level is 0.00 with the result that p <0.05 and R square is 0.331. This results show that there is a significant effect between attachment toward achievement motivation in adolescents in Terbuka Duren Sawit I Junior High School. The effect of attachment toward achievement motivation is 33.1%.
