Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh layanan bimbingan klasikal menggunakan metode cooperative learning teknik snowball throwing terhadap penyesuaian sosial siswa kelas XI di SMAN 15 Kota Tangerang. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode quasi eksperimen dengan desain One Group Pretest-Posttest Design. Sampel penelitian sebanyak 38 siswa, diambil dengan menggunakan Purposive Sampling. Pengukuran pada penelitian ini dilakukan dengan menggunakan Instrumen penyesuaian sosial. Berdasarkan hasil uji, instrumen ini memiliki 42 valid dengan reliabilitas sebesar 0,859, hal tersebut menyimpulkan bahwa instrumen ini layak dijadikan alat ukur dalam penelitian. Teknik analisis data untuk menguji hipotesis menggunakan Wilcoxon Match Pair Test. Berdasarkan hasil pengujian hipotesis diperoleh hasil nilai asymp. Sig=0.000. Hipotesis penelitian diuji pada taraf signifikan α = 0.05 atau dengan tingkat kesalahan 5%. Maka nilai Asym. Sig= 0.000 > nilai signifikansi α = 0.05. Dapat disimpulkan bahwa H0 ditolak dan H1 diterima. Hal tersebut memiliki arti bahwa terjadi peningkatan pada penyesuaian sosial siswa setelah diberikan layanan bimbingan klasikal dengan teknik snowball throwing. Berdasarkan penelitian yang telah dilakukan, layanan bimbingan klasikal dengan mengunakan metode cooperative learning teknik snowball throwing berpengaruh positif terhadap peningkatan penyesuaian sosial siswa yang rendah.Implikasi dari penelitian ini adalah teknik snowball throwing dalam layanan bimbingan klasikal dapat digunakan oleh pihak sekolah khususnya guru BK sebagai alternatif penanganan untuk menangani siswa yang memiliki penyesuaian sosial rendah This research had purpose to know the effect of classical guidance using cooperative learning snowball throwing technique againts of social adjustment studentgrade XI in SMAN 15 Tangerang city. This research used quasi experiment method by One Group Pretest-Posttest Design. Sample of this research was by students, it was taken by using purposive sampling. The total of sample is 38 students. The research measurement was done by using social adjustment instrument. Based on the test result, this instrument had 42 valid statements with value reliability is 0,859. It cancludes that is this instrument propers and can be measuring tool for this research. Data analysis technique is to examine hypothesis using Wilcoxon Match Pair Test.Based on the result of hypothesis test, got asymp. Sig = 0.000.Hypothesisresearch was tested in level of significance α= 0,05. It can be concluded that H0 refused and H1 was accepted. It means that there are improvement in social adjustment respondense after they were given classical guidance using cooperative learning snowball throwing technique. This research shows that students who given classical guidance using cooperative learning snowball throwing technique enhancement of students social adjustment. And according to the research show that classical guidance using cooperative learning snowball throwing technique had positive enhancement of students social adjustment. Implication of this research is snowball throwing technique in classical guidancecan use by school, especially counseling and guidance teacher as one of alternative handling to handle students who have low skill of social adjustment
