Abstract

Membuka usaha jasa freelance makeup artist sebagai kegiatan berwirausaha sesuai dengan bidang yang diminati dan dengan memanfaatkan keahlian yang dimiliki. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk memperoleh data pengaruh self efficacy dan motivasi dalam membuka usaha jasa freelance makeup artist pada mahasiswa Program Studi Pendidikan Tata Rias. Penelitian ini termasuk penelitian kuantitatif menggunakan deskriptif analitik dengan pendekatan cross sectional dengan jumlah populasi sebesar 93 mahasiswa program studi Pendidikan Tata Rias 2018 dan 2019 Universitas Negeri Jakarta lalu pengambilan sampel dengan purposive sampling dan diperoleh sebanyak 48 mahasiswa yang sesuai dengan kriteria membuka usaha freelance MUA secara mandiri atau individu. Kemudian metode pengumpulan data penelitian menggunakan metode kuesioner. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan hasil analisis persamaan linier berganda yaitu Y = 9,608 + 0,356X₁ + 0,645X₂ dengan nilai kostanta sebesar 9,608 lalu hasil koefisien X₁ bernilai positif sebesar 0,356 dan koefisien X₂ bernilai positif sebesar 0,645. Selanjutnya variabel self efficacy dengan uji t memperoleh thitung > ttabel dengan nilai 2,822 > 2,014 dan nilai sig. sebesar 0,007 (<0,05) maka variabel self efficacy berpengaruh secara signifikan dalam membuka usaha jasa freelance makeup artist. Variabel motivasi dengan uji t yang memperoleh thitung > ttabel dengan nilai 5,582 > 2,014 dan nilai sig. sebesar 0,000 < 0,05 dan maka variabel motivasi berpengaruh secara signifikan dalam membuka usaha jasa freelance makeup artist. Kemudian variabel self efficacy dan motivasi menggunakan uji F memperoleh Fhitung > Ftabel dengan nilai 71,399 > 3,20 memiliki nilai sig. 0,000 < 0,05 dan maka variabel self efficacy dan motivasi berpengaruh signifikan secara bersama-sama dalam membuka usaha jasa freelance makeup artist. Selanjutnya berdasarkan data yang diperoleh pada analisis statistik regresi yang dihitung dengan koefisien determinan dengan nilai 0,760 atau 76,0% hasil tersebut memiliki arti self efficacy dan motivasi mempengaruhi dalam membuka usaha jasa freelance makeup artist secara bersama-sama sebesar 76,0% sedangkan sisanya 24,0% dipengaruhi faktor lain. ***** Opening a freelance makeup artist service business as an entrepreneurial activity according to the field of interest and by utilizing the expertise possessed. This study aims to obtain data on the effect of self-efficacy and motivation in opening a freelance makeup artist service business for students of the Cosmetology Education Study Program. This research includes quantitative research using descriptive analytic with a cross sectional approach with a population of 93 students of the 2018 and 2019 Cosmetology Education Study Program, State University of Jakarta and sampling by purposive sampling and obtained as many as 48 students who fit the criteria for opening a MUA freelance business independently or individual. Then the research data collection method used the questionnaire metho. The results of this study indicate the results of the analysis of multiple linear equations, namely Y = 9.608 + 0.356X₁ + 0.645X₂ with a constant value of 9.608 then the results of the coefficient X₁ are positive at 0.356 and the coefficient X₂ are positive at 0.645. Furthermore, the self-efficacy variable with the t-test obtained tcount > ttable with a value of 2.822 > 2.014 and a sig. of 0.007 (<0.05), then the self-efficacy variable has a significant effect on opening a freelance makeup artist service business. The motivation variable with the t-test obtained tcount > ttable with a value of 5.582 > 2.014 and a sig. of 0.000 < 0.05 and then the motivation variable has a significant effect in opening a freelance makeup artist service business. Then the self efficacy and motivation variables using the F test obtained Fcount > Ftable with a value of 71.399 > 3.20 having a sig value. 0.000 <0.05 and then the self-efficacy and motivation variables have a significant effect together in opening a freelance makeup artist service business. Furthermore, based on the data obtained in the statistical regression analysis which is calculated with the determinant coefficient with a value of 0.760 or 76.0%, the result means that self-efficacy and motivation influence in opening a freelance makeup artist service business together by 76.0% while the remaining 24 ,0% influenced by other factors.
