Abstract
ABSTRAK Muhammad Faris Julianto, 2022; Pengaruh Kepuasan Kerja dan Beban Kerja terhadap Turnover Intention Karyawan pada PT X. Skripsi, Jakarta: Konsentrasi Sumber Daya Manusia, Program Studi Manajemen, Fakultas Ekonomi, Universitas Negeri Jakarta. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah: 1) Untuk mengetahui deskripsi kepuasan kerja dan beban kerja terhadap turnover intention karyawan pada PT X. 2) Untuk mengetahui pengaruh kepuasan kerja terhadap turnover intention karyawan pada PT X. 3) Untuk mengetahui pengaruh beban kerja terhadap turnover intention karyawan pada PT X. Penelitian ini dilakukan terhadap 90 karyawan PT X yang berlokasi di Bogor. Teknik pengumpulan data menggunakan metode survey dengan menyebarkan kuesioner yang kemudian diolah dengan bantuan perangkat lunak SmartPLS. Penelitian ini menggunakan analisis deskriptif dan explanatory. Pada hipotesis pertama didapatkan hasil T Statistik sebesar 15,142 > 1,96 dan P Value 0,000 < 0,005, dengan original sample sebesar -0,758. Hasil ini menyimpulkan Ho ditolak dan Ha diterima, yang artinya kepuasan kerja berpengaruh negatif dan signifikan terhadap turnover intention. Kemudian pada hipotesis kedua didapatkan hasil T Statistik sebesar 2,885 > 1,96 dan P Value 0,004 < 0,005, dengan original sample sebesar 0,189. Hasil ini menyimpulkan Ho ditolak dan Ha diterima, yang artinya beban kerja berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap turnover intention. The purposes of this study are: 1) To find out the description of job satisfaction and workload on employee turnover intention at PT X. 2) To find out the effect of job satisfaction on employee turnover intention at PT X. 3) To find out the effect of workload on employee turnover intention at PT X. PT X. This research was conducted on 90 employees of PT X located in Bogor. Data collection technique using a survey method by distributing questionnaires which were then processed with the help of SmartPLS software. This study uses descriptive and explanatory analysis. In the first hypothesis, the results of the T statistic are 15,142 > 1.96 and P Value 0.000 < 0.005, with the original sample of -0.758. These results conclude that Ho is rejected and Ha is accepted, which means that job satisfaction has a negative and significant effect on turnover intention. Then in the second hypothesis, the results of the T statistic are 2.885 > 1.96 and the P Value is 0.004 < 0.005, with the original sample of 0.189. These results conclude that Ho is rejected and Ha is accepted, which means that the workload has a positive and significant effect on turnover intention.
