Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pemaknaan nilai-nilai perdamaian berbasis pengalaman, perasaan dan harapan peserta kelas literasi damai. Metode yang digunakan pada penelitian ini adalah metode deskriptif dengan pendekatan kualitatif. Teknik pengumpulan data menggunakan observasi, wawancara, dan dokumentasi. Teknik analisis data yang digunakan ialah reduksi data, penyajian data dan penarikan kesimpulan. Teknik keabsahan data yang digunakan yaitu triangulasi data. Penelitian ini dilakukan pada bulan Februari sampai dengan bulan April 2022. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa; 1) Proses rangkaian kelas literasi damai terdiri atas kelas selama 4 hari (pengetahuan dan pelatihan keterampilan) kemudian rencana tindak lanjut. Peserta kelas literasi damai mengaku banyak mendapatkan pengalaman berharga, dan perasaan yang senang dan bersyukur bisa terlibat dalam program kelas literasi damai ini. 2) Nilai-nilai perdamaian dalam penelitian ini meliputi, menerima diri dan berprasangka positif, memahami perbedaan agama, merayakan keragaman, memahami konflik dan memaafkan. Nilai -nilai tersebut telah dimaknai melalui rangkaian kelas dengan adanya diskusi interaktif, presentasi perkelompok, kampanye daring, menulis buku, dan pengabdian masyarakat. Kesimpulan dari penelitian ini adalah program kelas literasi damai menjadi wadah yang baik karena dilihat dari segi keaktifan dan antusiasme peserta saat menjalankan kelas dan rencana tindak lanjut seperti merancang konten perdamaian dengan kreatif, mempresentasikan atau menyelesaikan studi kasus berbasis nilai-nilai damai. Sehingga hal tersebut dapat dikatakan peserta sangat menerima dan menunjukkan keseragaman persepsi. Hal ini mengartikan bahwa mayoritas peserta masuk dalam kategori dominan hegemonic position, yang menandakan nilai-nilai perdamaian dimaknai dari berbagai aktivitas peserta. ***** The purpose of this research is the meaning of peace values based on experiences, feelings and expectations of participants in the peace literacy class. The method used in this study is a descriptive method with a qualitative approach. Data collection techniques using observation, interviews, and documentation. The data analysis technique used is data reduction, data presentation and conclusion drawing. The data validity technique used is data triangulation. This research was conducted from February to April 2022. The results showed that; 1) The process of a series of peaceful literacy classes consists of classes for 4 days (knowledge and skills training) then a follow-up plan. Participants in the peace literacy class admitted that they had gained a lot of valuable experiences, and felt happy and grateful to be involved in this peaceful literacy class program. 2) The values of peace in this study include self-acceptance and positive prejudice, understanding religious differences, celebrating diversity, understanding conflict and forgiveness. These values have been interpreted through a series of classes with interactive discussions, group presentations, online campaigns, book writing, and community service. The conclusion of this study is that the peace literacy class program is a good forum because it is seen from the activeness and enthusiasm of the participants when running classes and follow-up plans such as creatively designing peace content, presenting or completing case studies based on peaceful values. So it can be said that participants are very accepting and show uniformity of perception. This means that the majority of participants fall into the dominant category of hegemonic position, which indicates the values of peace are interpreted from the various activities of the participants.
