Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menjelaskan penggunaan sumber sejarah dalam pembelajaran. Berdasarkan fenomena yang masih sering terjadi di sekolah, masih banyak guru hanya menggunakan buku teks sebagai acuan utama dan jarang menjelaskan sumber sejarah dari sebuah peristiwa. Padahal sebuah peristiwa sejarah dituliskan berdasarkan sumber atau bukti yang relevan. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah kualitatif dengan pendekatan studi kasus. Teknik pengumpulan data menggunakan observasi, wawancara, dokumentasi, dan triangulasi. Analisis data menggunakan model Miles dan Hubberman yang meliputi reduksi, penyajian data, dan penarikan kesimpulan. Dari sini didapatkan, bahwa penggunaan sumber sejarah dalam pembelajaran sejarah di SMA Negeri 48 Jakarta sudah dilakukan. Sumber sejarah yang digunakan antara lain foto/gambar, video dokumenter, portal berita, serta buku (monograf). Kendala waktu dan perizinan menjadi kendala utama dalam penggunaan sumber sejarah. Hasil dari penggunaan sumber sejarah ini didapatkan bisa lebih mendekatkan siswa dengan peristiwa yang telah terjadi dan meningkatkan cara berpikir sejarah ******** This study aims to explain the use of historical sources in learning. Based on the phenomenon that often occurs in schools, there are still many teachers who only use textbooks as the main reference and rarely explain the historical sources of an event. Whereas a historical event is written based on relevant sources or evidence. The method used in this research is qualitative with a case study approach. Data collection techniques using observation, interviews, documentation, and triangulation. Data analysis uses the Miles and Hubberman model which includes reduction, data presentation, and drawing conclusions. From this, it is found that the use of historical sources in history learning at SMA Negeri 48 Jakarta has been carried out. Historical sources used include photos/images, video documentaries, news portals, and books (monographs). Time and licensing constraints are the main obstacles in the use of historical sources. The results of the use of historical sources are obtained closer to events that have occurred and improve the way of historical thinking
