Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui dampak program Dikbangspes bagi peserta didik dan instansi tempat peserta didik bekerja, melalui pendekatan pendekatan kualitatif yang berupaya untuk mengungkapkan secara deskriptif terhadap evaluasi program sehingga memperoleh data yang objektif untuk menilai ketercapaian program Dikbangspes Bintara Dasar Intelijen (Densus 88 AT). Data dan informasi berupa hasil wawancara, kuisoner, studi dokumentasi, analisis dokumen tentang program Pendidikan Pengembangan Spesialisasi Bintara dasar intelijen (Densus 88 AT) Di Pusdik Intelijen Lemdiklat Polri akan diolah dan disajikan secara deskriptif dengan melakukan analisis menggunakan prosedur berdasarkan 4 (empat) tahapan evaluasi Kirkpatrick program yang meliputi evaluasi: reaksi, pembelajaran, perilaku, dan hasil. Hasil evaluasi reaksi (reaction), peserta menyatakan kepuasan terhadap kurikulum, pembelajaran, pendidik, sarana dan prasarana serta tenaga kependidikan pada Dikbangspes ini. Hasil belajar (Learning), terjadi peningkatan kompetensi yang dirasakan peserta sejalan dengan standar kompetensi yang telah digariskan oleh Lemdiklat Polri. Kemudian pada Hasil evaluasi perilaku (behavior) peserta Dikbangspes dapat disimpulkan bahwa semua alumni telah menunjukkan adanya perubahan perilaku secara positif yang sesuai dengan aspek-apek yang ditetapkan dalam kurikulum. Evaluasi atas hasil (result), mampu memberikan dampak atau hasil yang positif baik bagi peningkatan produktivitas kerja alumni dan membawa dampak positif bagi masyarakat. Implikasi dari penelitian ini perlu Mengevaluasi pengelolaan Dikbangspes untuk masa mendatang serta mengevaluasi secara berkala setiap perkembangan peserta didik baik dalam aspek kognitif, afektif, psikomotorik, fisik maupun psikologis peserta. Di era pandemi ini hal tersebut sangat penting karena sisi psikologis tentu akan berdampak pada penyerapan materi pembelajaran Dikbangspes. ***** This study aims to determine the impact of the Dikbangspes program for students and the institution where students work, through a qualitative approach that seeks to express descriptively the program evaluation so as to obtain objective data to assess the achievement of the Dikbangspes Bintara Basic Intelligence program (Densus 88 AT). ). data and information in the form of interviews, questionnaires, documentation studies, document analysis on the Basic Intelligence Specialization Development Education program (Densus 88 AT). Kirkpatrick's program includes evaluation of:reactions, learning, behavior, and outcomes. The results of the reaction evaluation, participants expressed satisfaction with the curriculum, learning, educators, facilities and infrastructure as well as education staff at Dikbangspes. Learning outcomes (Learning), there is an increase in the competence felt by the participants in line with the competency standards that have been outlined by the National Police Education and Training Center. Then on the results of the behavioral evaluation (behavior) of Dikbangspes participants, it can be concluded that all alumni have shown positive behavioral changes in accordance with the aspects set out in the curriculum. Evaluation of the results (results), is able to have a positive impact or result both for increasing the work productivity of alumni and bringing a positive impact to the community. The implication of this research is that it is necessary to evaluate the management of Dikbangspes for the future as well as to periodically evaluate each student's development in terms of cognitive, affective, psychomotor, physical and psychological aspects of the participants. In this pandemic era, this is very important because the psychological side will certainly have an impact on the absorption of Dikbangspes learning materials.
