Abstract
ABSTRAK DESSY RAHMAYANTI. PENGARUH MANAJEMEN WAKTU, KREATIVITAS SISWA DAN MOTIVASI BELAJAR TERHADAP HASIL BELAJAR SISWA (STUDI KASUS DI SMAN 62 JAKARTA MATA PELAJARAN EKONOMI),Skripsi, Program Studi Pendidikan Ekonomi, Fakultas Ekonomi, Universitas Negeri Jakarata, Juli 2022. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pengaruh manajemen waktu, kreativitas siswa dan motivasi belajar terhadap hasil belajar siswa di SMAN 62 Jakarta pada mata pelajaran Ekonomi. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah deskriptif kuantitatif. Populasi yang terjangkau dalam penelitian ini adalah seluruh siswa kelas XI IPA dan IPS di SMAN 62 Jakarta yaitu sebanyak 239 siswa. Teknik pengambilan sampel secara Proportionate Stratified Random Sampling. Pengumpulan data dilakukan dengan menggunakan kuesioner atau angket yang disebarkan melalui google formulir kepada 120 siswa kelas XI IPA dan IPS di SMAN 62 Jakarta. Penelitian ini mengungkapkan bahwa: 1) manajemen waktu berpengaruh positif dan signifikan sebesar 27,2% terhadap hasil belajar, 2) kreativitas siswa berpengaruh positif dan signifikan sebesar 42,3% terhadap hasil belajar, 3) motivasi belajar berpengaruh positif dan siginifikan sebesar 25,3% terhadap hasil belajar, 4) manajemen waktu, kreativitas siswa dan motivasi belajar secara bersama sama berpengaruh positif dan signifikan sebesar 59,8% dan sisa lainnya dipengaruhi oleh faktor lainnya. This study aims to analyze the effect of time management, student creativity and learning motivation on student learning outcomes at SMAN 62 Jakarta in the subject of Economics. The method used in this research is descriptive quantitative. The population that was reached in this study were all students of class XI science and social studies at SMAN 62 Jakarta, as many as 239 students. The sampling technique is proportional stratified random sampling. Data was collected using a questionnaire or questionnaire distributed via google forms to 120 students of class XI science and social studies at SMAN 62 Jakarta. This study reveals that: 1) time management has a positive and significant effect of 27,2% on learning outcomes, 2) student creativity has a positive and significant effect of 42,3% on learning outcomes, 3) learning motivation has a positive and significant effect of 25,3% of learning outcomes, 4) time management, student creativity and learning motivation together have a positive and significant effect of 59,8% and the rest are influenced by other factors.
