Abstract
Organizational Citizenship Behavior diyakini dapat meningkatkan keberhasilan organisasi dalam meningkatkan kualitas sumber daya manusia, produktivitas dan keunggulan kompetitifnya. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengkaji, menganalisis, dan menemukan pengaruh langsung Quality of Work Life dan Career Development terhadap Organizational Citizenship Behavior dan pengaruh tidak langsung Quality of Work Life dan Career Development terhadap Organizational Citizenship Behavior melalui Organizational Commitment dan Entrepreneurial Orientation. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian kuantitatif yang bersifat explanatory melalui pengujian hipotesis untuk menguji sifat hubungan dan pengaruh antar variabel. Analisis statistik yang digunakan adalah analisis Structural Equation Modelling (SEM) AMOS baik model pengukuran maupun model struktural. Data dikumpulkan dengan menggunakan serangkaian instrumen penelitian survey pada bagian produksi 4 perusahaan ban yaitu: PT, Multistrada Arah Sarana Tbk, PT. Gajah Tunggal Tbk, PT. Goodyear Indonesia Tbk dan PT United Kingland yang berjumlah 11.728 dengan jumlah sampel sebanyak 400 karyawan. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa 1) Quality of Work Life berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap Organizational Citizenship Behavior; 2) Career Development berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap Organizational Citizenship Behavior; 3) Quality of Work Life berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap Organizational Commitment; 4) Organizational Commitment berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap Organizational Citizenship Behavior; 5) Career Development berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap Entrepreneurial Orientation; 6) Entrepreneurial Orientation berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap Organizational Citizenship Behavior; 7) Quality of Work Life berpengaruh tidak langsung positif terhadap Organizational Citizenship Behavior melalui Organizational Commitment dan 8) Career Development berpengaruh tidak langsung positif terhadap Organizational Citizenship Behavior melalui Entrepreneurial Orientation. Kata Kunci: Organizational Citizenship Behavior, Quality of Work Life, Career Development, Organizational Commitment, Entrepreneurial Orientation ******** Organizational Citizenship Behavior is believed to be able to increase organizational success in improving the quality of human resources, productivity and competitive advantage. This study aims to examine, analyze, and find the direct effect of Quality of Work Life and Career Development on Organizational Citizenship Behavior and the indirect effect of Quality of Work Life and Career Development on Organizational Citizenship Behavior through Organizational Commitment and Entrepreneurial Orientation. This research is an explanatory quantitative research through hypothesis testing to test the nature of the relationship and influence between variables. Statistical analysis used is the analysis of Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) AMOS both the measurement model and the structural model. Data were collected using a series of survey research instruments in the production department of 4 tire companies: PT, Multistrada Arah Sarana Tbk, PT. Gajah Tunggal Tbk, PT. Goodyear Indonesia Tbk and PT United Kingdom, totaling 11,728 with a total sample of 400 employees. The results showed that 1) Quality of Work Life had a positive and significant effect on Organizational Citizenship Behavior; 2) Career Development has a positive and significant effect on Organizational Citizenship Behavior; 3) Quality of Work Life has a positive and significant effect on Organizational Commitment; 4) Organizational Commitment has a positive and significant effect on Organizational Citizenship Behavior; 5) Career Development has a positive and significant effect on Entrepreneurial Orientation; 6) Entrepreneurial Orientation has a positive and significant effect on Organizational Citizenship Behavior; 7) Quality of Work Life has a positive indirect effect on Organizational Citizenship Behavior through Organizational Commitment and 8) Career Development has a positive indirect effect on Organizational Citizenship Behavior through Entrepreneurial Orientation.
