Abstract

Tujuan dari penelitian ini untuk mengetahui bagaimana keadaan iklim komunikasi dan kinerja anggota, serta untuk mengetahui apakah terdapat pengaruh antara iklim komunikasi terhadap kinerja anggota organisasi AIESEC di Kota Jakarta. Terdapat dua jenis variabel dalam penelitain ini, yaitu Iklim Komunikasi sebagai variabel bebas dan Kinerja anggota organisasi sebagai variabel terikat. Adapun teori yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah teori Iklim Komunikasi milik Pace dan Faules dan konsep pengukuran kinerja anggota milik Bernardin dan Russel. Penelitian ini menggunakan paradigma studi postpositivsme dengan pendekatan jenis kuantitatif eksplanasi. Total populasi pada penelitian ini sama dengan total sampel yaitu sebanyak 119 orang, karena menggunakan teknik jenis sensus. Pada penelitian ini data berjenis primer dan diambil dengan kuesioner berskala interval. Penelitian ini menggunakan dua jenis teknik analisis data, yaitu Univariat dan Bivariat. Hasil penelitian ini menyatakan bahwa Iklim Komunikasi pada anggota Organisasi AIESEC dan kinerja anggota Organisasi AIESEC di Kota Jakarta selama masa Pandemi COVID-19 berada dalam keadaaan yang kondusif dan baik. Selanjutnya, hasil penelitian ini menyatakan bahwa iklim komunikasi berpengaruh terhadap kinerja anggota pada Organisasi AIESEC di kota Jakarta di masa Pandemi COVID-19 sebesar 66,9%, sisanya yaitu 33,1% dipengaruhi faktor-faktor lain. Pada penelitian ini, dapat disimpulkan bahwa pada anggota Organisasi AIESEC selama masa Pandemi COVID-19 di Kota Jakarta memiliki Iklim Komunikasi yang kondusif dan Kinerja Anggota yang baik. Selain itu, dapat dinyatakan bahwa hipotesis dalam penelitian ini diterima dimana terdapat pengaruh antara Iklim Komunikai terhadap kinerja anggota pada Organisasi AIESEC di kota Jakarta di masa Pandemi COVID-19. ***** The purpose of this research is to find out how the communication atmosphere and the performance of members, and to find out whether there is an influence between communication on the performance of members of the AIESEC organization in the city of Jakarta. There are two variables in this research, namely Communication Climate as independent and Organizational member performance as a variable variable. The theory used in this research is Pace and Faules' Communication Climate theory and Bernardin and Russell's concept of measuring member performance. This study uses a postpositivism study paradigm with an explanatory quantitative approach. The total population in this study is the same as the total sample, which is 119 people, because it uses a census type technique. In this study, the data was primary type and was taken by using an interval questionnaire. This study uses two types of data analysis techniques, namely Univariate and Bivariate. The results of this study state that the Communication Climate of AIESEC Organization members and the performance of AIESEC Organization members in the City of Jakarta during the COVID-19 Pandemic are in a conducive and good condition. Furthermore, the results of this study show that the communication climate affects members of the AIESEC Organization in the city of Jakarta during the COVID-19 Pandemic by 66,9%, the rest shows 33,1% the influence of other factors. In this study, it can be said that the members of the AIESEC Organization during the COVID-19 Pandemic in the City of Jakarta had a conducive Communication Climate and good Member Performance. In addition, it can be stated that the hypothesis in this study is accepted where there is an influence between Communication Climate on the performance of members of the AIESEC Organization in the city of Jakarta during the COVID-19 Pandemic.
