Abstract
Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh psychological capital terhadap komitmen organisasi pada karyawan dewasa awal. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode kuantitatif. Data penelitian dikumpulkan dari 143 karyawan berusia dewasa awal yang bekerja di wilayah JABODETABEK. Alat ukur yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah psychological capital questionnaire (Luthans,Youssef dan Avolio, 2007) untuk mengukur tingkat psychological capital dan organizational commitment scale (Allen & Mayer, 1990) untuk mengukur tingkat komitmen organisasi. Penelitian menggunakan teknik analisis regresi sederhana untuk menganalisis data. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa psychological capital memiliki pengaruh positif terhadap komitmen organisasi dan memiliki kontribusi sebesar 5,7% terhadap komitmen organisasi. This study aims to investigate the effect of psychological capital on organizational commitment among early adult employees. This study uses quantitative methods. The research data were collected from 143 early adult employees working in JABODETABEK area. The measuring instrument used in this study is the psychological capital questionnaire (Luthans, Youssef and Avolio, 2007) to measure the level of psychological capital and organizational commitment scale (Allen & Mayer, 1990) to measure the level of organizational commitment. The study used a simple regression analysis technique to analyse the data. The results of this study indicate that psychological capital has a positive influence on organizational commitment and has a contribution of 5.7% to organizational commitment.
