Abstract
Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh kepemimpinan Kepala Sekolah dan Kepuasan kerja terhadap kinerja Guru. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode kuantitatif – asosiatif. Sampelnya adalah guru-guru dan Kepala Sekolah SMP Negeri di Kabupaten Karang Asem, Bali. Data dikumpulkan dengan menggunakan kuesioner, wawancara, dan dokumentasi yang kemudian dianalisis secara kuantitatif menggunakan analisis regresi. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan persamaan regresi linear ganda adalah Ŷ= -3.620 + 0.928 X1 + 0.544 X2. Dari hasil uji signifikansi koefisien persamaan regresi diperoleh harga statistik untuk koefisien variabel X1 yaitu thit = 10.289 dan p-value = 0.000/2 = 0.000 < 0.05 (uji pihak kanan), atau H0 ditolak, yang bermakna kepemimpinan kepala sekolah berpengaruh positif terhadap kinerja mengajar guru. Selanjutnya harga statistik untuk koefisien variabel X2 yaitu thit = 4.198 dan p-value = 0.000/2 = 0.000 < 0.05 (uji pihak kanan), atau H0 ditolak, yang bermakna kepuasan kerja guru berpengaruh positif terhadap kinerja mengajar guru. Dari hasil uji signifikansi persamaan regresi ganda diperoleh harga statistik F, kolom ke-5, yaitu Fhit = 2400.606 dan p-value = 0.000 < 0.05 atau hal ini berarti H0 ditolak. Artinya terdapat pengaruh linear variabel kepemimpinan kepala sekolah dan kepuasan kerja guru dengan kinerja mengajar guru. Hal ini juga bermakna terdapat pengaruh secara bersama-sama (simultan) kepemimpinan kepala sekolah dan kepuasan kerja guru terhadap kinerja mengajar guru. Dari hasil uji signifikansi koefisien korelasi ganda (Ry.12) = 0.978 dan Fhit (Fchange) = 2400.606, serta p-value = 0.000 < 0.05 atau H0 ditolak. Dengan demikian, koefisien korelasi ganda antara X1 dan X2 dengan y adalah berarti atau signifikan. Sedangkan koefisien determinasi ditunjukkan oleh R square = 0.957, yang mengandung makna bahwa 95.7% variabilitas variabel kinerja mengajar guru (Y) dapat dijelaskan oleh kepemimpinan kepala sekolah (X1) dan kepuasan kerja guru (X2), sehingga dapat disimpulkan bahwa pengaruh kepemimpinan kepala sekolah dan kepuasan kerja guru secara bersama-sama terhadap kinerja mengajar guru sebesar 95.7%. ************* This study aims to determine the effect of school principal leadership and job satisfaction on teacher performance. This research used quantitative - associative methods . The sample was teachers and Principals of Public Middle Schools in Karang Asem, Bali. Data were collected using questionnaires, interviews, and documentation which were analyzed quantitatively using regression analysis. The results showed the double linear regression equation was Ŷ = -3.620 + 0. 928 X 1 + 0.5 44 X 2 . From the test results of the significance of the regression equation coefficients obtained statistical value for the coefficient of variable X1, namely t hit = 10,289 and p-value = 0,000 / 2 = 0,000 <0.05 (right hand side test), or H0 rejected, which means that the principal's leadership has a positive effect on teacher teaching performance. Further statistical value for variable coefficients X2 is t hit = 4,198 and p-value = 0.000 / 2 = 0.000> 0.05 (right side test), or H0 is rejected, which means teacher job satisfaction has positive influence on teachers' teaching performance. Significance of test results obtained multiple regression equation F statistic value, namely Fhit = 2400,606 and p-value = 0.000> 0.05, or this means that H 0 is rejected. This means that there is a linear influence on the principal's leadership variables and teacher job satisfaction with teacher teaching performance. This also means that there is a joint (simultaneous) influence of school principal leadership and teacher job satisfaction on teacher teaching performance. From the results of the significance test multiple correlation coefficient (R y.12 ) = 0978 and F hit (F change ) = 2400.606, and the p-value = 0.000> 0.05 or H0 is rejected. Thus, the multiple correlation coefficient between X1 and X2 with y is meaningful or significant. While the coefficient of determination is shown by R square = 0.957, which implies that 95.7% of the variability of teacher performance variables (Y) can be explained by the principal's leadership (X1 ) and teacher job satisfaction (X2 ), so it can be concluded that the influence of head leadership school and teacher job satisfaction together to the teaching performance of teachers by 95.7%.
