Abstract

Jakarta Experience Board (JXB) sebagai perusahaan milik provinsi DKI Jakarta yang bergerak di bidang perhotelan dan pariwisata, ekonomi kreatif dan beautifikasi kota baru saja melakukan re-branding dengan pembuatan website company profile dengan alamat jxboard.co.id pada Oktober 2021. Namun dikarenakan website ini baru diluncurkan, sehingga perusahaan belum mengetahui reaksi user terhadap website dan tingkat kepuasan pengguna. Oleh karena itu dilakukan penelitian yaitu tes ketergunaan (usability testing) terhadap tampilan website menggunakan metode moderated remote usability tests, kepada 25 responden yang dipilih menggunakan simple random sampling. Adapun aspek yang diukur ialah lima komponen kualitas Nielsen melalui tiga sesi tes, yaitu tes menggunakan Maze.co, pengisian kuisioner System Usability Scale (SUS) dan wawancara. Hasil evaluasi memperoleh nilai aspek learnability sebesar 99,11%, aspek memorability sebesar 87,11%, aspek efficiency sebesar 97,99%, aspek errors sebesar 25,13% dan aspek satisfaction dengan perhitungan SUS sebesar 75,2 yang apabila dicocokkan dengan SUS Score, tampilan website Jakarta Experience Board dapat diterima (Acceptable) dengan Grade Scale “C” dan dengan predikat “Good”. Kemudian insight yang diperoleh salah satunya user menyukai pemilihan warna pada website, mereka membutuhkan panduan awal penggunaan website, user merasa tampilan artikel masih terlalu polos, dan user condong membutuhkan fitur bantuan. Melalui hasil penelitian ini diharapkan dapat menjadi acuan untuk pengembangan website kedepannya agar lebih user friendly dan lebih menarik. ***** The Jakarta Experience Board (JXB) as a company owned by the DKI Jakarta province which is engaged in the hotel and tourism, creative economy and city beautification has just re-branded by creating a company profile website with the address jxboard.co.id in October 2021. However, due to the website has just been launched, so the company does not yet know the user's reaction to the website and the level of user satisfaction. Therefore, this research was conducted, namely usability testing on the appearance of the website using the moderated remote usability tests method, to 25 respondents who were selected using simple random sampling. The aspects measured are the five components of Nielsen's quality through three test sessions: the test using Maze.co, filling out the System Usability Scale (SUS) questionnaire and interviews. Results of the evaluation are value the learnability aspect of 99.11%, the memorability aspect of 87.11%, the efficiency aspect of 97.99%, the errors aspect of 25.13% and the satisfaction aspect with the SUS calculation of 75.2 which when matched with the SUS Score, the appearance of the Jakarta Experience Board website is “acceptable” with a Grade Scale of "C" and with the predicate "Good". Then the insights obtained include that users like the choice of color on the website, they need an initial guide to using the website, users feel that the appearance of articles is still too plain, and users need help features. Through the results of this study, it is hoped that it can be a reference for future website development to make it more user friendly and more attractive.
