Abstract
ABSTRAK Abstrak. Strategi Manajemen Sumber Daya Manusia (SHRM) diduga mengendalikan kejahatan dunia maya mengacu pada manajemen strategis seperti perencanaan strategis, implementasi strategis, dan kontrol dan evaluasi strategis. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengembangkan Strategi Keamanan siber dari perspektif sumber daya manusia dengan menguji, menganalisis model empiris, dan memperoleh informasi yang komprehensif tentang pengaruh gaya kepemimpinan terhadap kinerja yang dimediasi oleh ketekunan, keadilan prosedural, dan integritas pada Security Operation Center (SOC) Di Indonesia. Metode survei kausal yang digunakan melibatkan 243 responden yang merupakan pimpinan, pembuat kebijakan, dan pengambil keputusan dalam tim SOC di Indonesia dan diolah menggunakan SEM. Hasil penelitian menemukan bahwa gaya kepemimpinan berpengaruh langsung signifikan terhadap ketekunan dan integritas, ketekunan dan integritas berpengaruh langsung signifikan terhadap kinerja tugas, gaya kepemimpinan tidak signifikan berpengaruh langsung terhadap keadilan prosedural, dan keadilan prosedural tidak signifikan berpengaruh langsung terhadap kinerja tugas secara signifikan. Kemudian gaya kepemimpinan terhadap kinerja tugas melalui mediasi ketekunan dan integritas berpengaruh signifikan, namun tidak berpengaruh signifikan melalui mediasi keadilan prosedural. The Strategy Human Resource Management (SHRM) is suspected of controlling cyber-crime referring to strategic management such as strategic planning, strategic implementation, and strategic control and evaluation. This research aims to develop a Cyber Security Strategy from the perspective of human resources by testing, analyzing empirical models, and obtaining comprehensive information about the influence of leadership style on performance mediated by persistence, procedural justice, and integrity at the Security Operation Center (SOC). In Indonesia. The causal survey method used involved 243 respondents who are leaders, policymakers, and decision-makers in the SOC team in Indonesia and processed using SEM. The study results found that leadership style had a significant direct effect on Persistence and integrity, Persistence and integrity had a significant direct effect on task performance, leadership style had no immediate impact on procedural justice, and procedural justice had no direct effect on task performance significantly. Then leadership style on task performance through persistence and integrity mediation has a significant influence, but no significant impact through procedural justice mediation.
