Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis faktor-faktor yang berpengaruh terhadap turnover intention karyawan PT. Srirejeki Makmur Abadi. Pada penelitian ini variabel yang dipilih menjadi faktor faktor yang mempengaruhi Turnover intention adalah Kepemimpinan, Talent management dan Motivasi. Penelitian ini termasuk jenis penelitian kuantitatif. Populasi penelitian ini adalah karyawan PT. Srirejeki Makmur Abadi. Penelitian ini menggunakan 153 sampel yang diambil dengan teknik random sampling. Metode analisis dari penelitian ini menggunakan analisis deskriptif, uji validitas, uji reliabilitas, dan uji hipotesis Structural Equation Modeling (SEM). Hasil penelitian membuktikan bahwa Talent management berpengaruh negatif dan signifikan terhadap turnover intention, Kepemimpinan berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap talent management, Kepemimpinan berpengaruh negatif dan tidak signifikan terhadap turnover intention, Motivasi berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap talent management, Motivasi berpengaruh negative dan signifikan terhadap turnover intention, Kepemimpinan berpengaruh negative dan tidak signifikan terhadap turnover intention melalui talent management, Motivasi berpengaruh negatif dan tidak signifikan terhadap turnver intention melalui talent management. Temuan dari penelitian ini adalah seluruh pengaruh langsung terbukti dan signifikan secara statistik, kecuali kepemimpinan yang tidak berpengaruh secara signifikan terhadap turnover intention, berbeda dengan beberapa penelitian sebelumnya. Talent management juga tidak menjadi variabel mediasi pada pengaruh tidak langsung kepemimpinan dan motivasi terhadap turnover intention This study aims to analyze the factors that influence the turnover intention of PT. Srirejeki Makmur Abadi. In this study, the variables chosen to be the factors that influence turnover intention are leadership, talent management and motivation. This research is a type of quantitative research. The population of this study are employees of PT. Srirejeki Makmur Abadi. This study used 153 samples taken by random sampling technique. The analytical method of this study uses descriptive analysis, validity test, reliability test, and Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) hypothesis testing. The results of the study prove that Talent management has a negative and significant effect on turnover intention, Leadership has a positive and significant effect on talent management, Leadership has a negative and insignificant effect on turnover intention, Motivation has a positive and significant effect on talent management, Motivation has a negative and significant effect on turnover intention, Leadership has a negative and insignificant effect on turnover intention through talent management. Motivation has a negative and insignificant effect on turnover intention through talent management. The findings from this study are that all direct effects are proven and statistically significant, except for leadership which does not have a significant effect on turnover intention, in contrast to several previous studies. Talent management is also not a mediating variable on the indirect influence of leadership and motivation on turnover intention.
