Abstract

Perubahan Perilaku Sosial di Era Digital Pada Siswa Yang Menggunakan Gawai di SMPN 50 Jakarta. Skripsi. Jakarta: Program Studi Pendidikan Ilmu Pengetahuan Sosial, Fakultas Ilmu Sosial, Universitas Negeri Jakarta, 2022. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk memperoleh data tentang perubahan perilaku sosial di era digital pada siswa yang menggunakan gawai di SMPN 50 Jakarta. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah Metode penelitian kualitatif melalui teknik pemgumpulan data dengan observasi, wawancara, studi pustaka, dan dokumentasi. Subjek dari penelitian ini adalah Guru SMPN 50 jakarta, Orang tua, dan Siswa. Penelitian ini dilakukan dalam kurun waktu bulan Mei-Juni 2022. Hasil penelitian menyimpulkan bahwa faktor yang menyebabkan perubahan perilaku sosial di era digital pada siswa yang menggunakan gawai di SMPN 50 disebabkan oleh dua faktor, yaitu Faktor Internal (meliputi : Usia, Kontrol diri yang lemah, dan Motivasi menggunakan gawai) dan Faktor Eksternal (meliputi: Keluarga, Teman Sebaya dan Lingkungan). Kemudian perubahan perilaku yang terjadi diantaranya adalah siswa menjadi lebih emosional, tidak peduli dengan lingkungan sekitar (minimnya interaksi), meningkatnya rasa malas, tidak menghargai waktu, dan kecanduan oleh internet. Kata Kunci : Perubahan Perilaku, Perilaku Sosial, Gawai, Era Digital This study aims to obtain data on changes in social behavior in the digital era for students who use gadgets at SMPN 50 Jakarta. The research method used is a qualitative research method through data collection techniques with observations, interviews, literature studies, and documentation. The subjects of this study were teachers of SMPN 50 Jakarta, parents, and students. This research was conducted in the period from May to June 2022. The results of the study concluded that the factors that cause changes in social behavior in the digital era in students who use gadgets at SMPN 50 are caused by two factors, namely Internal Factors (including: Age, weak self-control). , and Motivation to use gadgets) and External Factors (including: Family, Peers and Environment). Then the behavioral changes that occur include students becoming more emotional, not caring about the surrounding environment (lack of interaction), increasing laziness, not appreciating time, and being addicted to the internet.
